REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN VARIOUS BLDGS UNDER AGE BR II OF GE (AF) ADM AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Taking down existing roof treatment any thickness including plastering, leaping plaster of any thickness cuting & up rooting tree roots/Vegitation growth & removing the debris from the premises upto 500m from the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the roof surface, removal of plants/trees/shrubs from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg,chajjas,wall junctions of rain water/CI soil/ waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots intered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disterbed surface using (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) and match with the existing surface, including necessary scaffolding/staging up to a height of 15mtr from the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching,kerbs and levelling course etc including demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:4 in roof surface including integral liquid water prooofing admixture @200 ml per bag of cement, complete all a specified and directed. Note:- Integral liquid water proofing admixture shall be included under this item. Make:- Pidi Proof 101 LW / Sika Plastocrete Super/ Fosroc conplast SP 430.

M&L for applying water proofing treatment to roof including vertical surfaces with APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (min.) consisting of standard weight of 3.00 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( weighing n. less than 160 gm / sqm ) shall be applied over a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm surface, application of APP modified membrane and joint shall be sealed by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction complete all as specified & directed. Note : Treatment shall be done through authorised representative of manufacturer.

M&L for 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick PCC tiles, machine pressed factory made as per IS-1237-1980 (ISI marked) laid over 20mm thick screed bedding in CM (1:4) mixed with integral liquid water proofing admixture @ 200ml per bag of cement and tiles joints shall be filled with polymer based cement proof joint filler manufactured by approved company incl dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M&L for one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying fibre reinforced, single component, elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane in white colour, Excellent in UV having Solar Reflective Index more than 105, with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers, % elongation greater than 300 and applied in three layer per litre complete all as specified and directed as follows :- (a) Surface shall be cleaned and moist that no loose particle is left on surface then apply first coat of liquid water proofinfg as a primer on the surface diluting as per manufacture instruction and allow the surface to dry for min 10-12 Hr time period. (b) Apply Second coat of Liquid water proofing without dilution on the primed surface and allow time to dry the surface for min 10-12 hr. (c) Apply Third coat of liquid water proofing without dilution over the second coat and Allow minimum 48 hours before subjecting the painted surface to service. M&L for cutting grooves in brick parapet walls, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove for inserting APP membrane and sealed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, class designation 75(Kgf/cm2) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
