Painting two coat with any approved paint to iron/wood work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of M.S. Window grill / M.S. Fixed Grill / M.S. grill gate made out of M.S. angle, M.S. flat & M.S. square etc including cutting, welding, all labour, labour cess and T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to new iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for fitting and fixing of M.S. Door, Window, Fixed Grill & Gate, Rolling shutter etc. in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structures and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or RCC structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with RCC (1:2:4) with HB granite chips of 12mm size with cost and conveyance of all materials, royalties, labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm , removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per clause 201 of MORTH&H specifications for Road and Bridge works including cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
