Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl. carriage

Kota stone slab 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm ( average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete. incl. carriage

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. incl. carriage

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for a. Columns, pillars, piers Abutments post and struts.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power rollerof minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m andlift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soil: including carriage of earth for avg. lead of 2.0km.(complete job) Deduct for not rolling with power roller of 8tonne for banking excavated earth in layers not excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth. Deduct for not watering the excavated earth for banking incl. carriage
