Earth work by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. as per direction of Engineer in-charge including Labour and T & P. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (Rate Including GST).

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including supply of all materials and T & P. (Rate Including GST).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand) including supply of all materials and T & P. (Rate Including GST).

Recessed /flush pointing with 1:3 ratio mortar (1 Cement, and 3 c. sand) on R.R. masonry wall including racking out joints & supply of materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Rate Including GST).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including supply of all materials and T & P as per required. Providing & laying position lime concrete with graded brick aggregate 20-25 mm normal size and 50% composite lime mortar with 1:1:1 Lime mortar (1 Unslaked lime: 1 surkhi.: 1c.
