The shutter frame is made out of 75mm x 32mm of Teak wood scantling (horizontal - 3 Nos., vertical - 2Nos. for each shutter) with 12mm thick both side pre-laminated particle board (exteriar grade) shutters. The shutters are fixed to the frame with required 6 numbers of aluminium hinges 100x30mm, 2 Nos.
