COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF FIRE FIGHTING HYDRANT PANEL AND SMOKE DETECTOR SYSTEM AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS UNDER GE (AF) MARATHAHALLI

Comprehensive maintenance for the following fire alarm systems and connected cables, detectors, manual call points, response indicators, hooters and replacing unserviceable parts. Complete all as specified and directed. The following checks to be carried out to ensure smooth and effective operation of fire alarm system at ASTE. Hangar No-09/10/11 & P-2 Bldg (i)Addressable 1 loop panel - 1 No, (ii)Addressable 2 loop panel - 01 No (a)Checking control panel, power supply, LED indicators, fuses, circuits and cleaning zone cards. (b)Functional checking of smoke detectors and cleaning of LED & sensing chamber. (c)Checking sound effectiveness and functioning of hooter and PA speaker. (d)Checking circuits, glass function & LED.

All as per item No 1 here in above but for following fire detection and fire alarm system at ASTE.-Telemetry / TPS Bldg complete all as specified and directed. (i) 04-06 zone conventional fire detection and fire alarm system. -01No (ii) 16 zone conventional fire detection and fire alarm system. -01No

Comprehensive maintenance for fire hydrant with booster pump, control panel, hose reel drum with hose, fire hydrant valve, fire hose, nozzle, pressure gauge, pressure switch and replace the unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed. The following checks to be carried out to ensure smooth and effective operation of fire hydrant systems at IAM- (P-34,35,36)03 Jobs. (a) Checking of fuses, indication lamps, auto & manual function, fault indication switches, over load relays, contactor, single phase preventer and internal wiring of control panel. (b) Checking Electric motor with pump alignment, gland packing and running performance. (c) Checking of the movement of spindle, lug of hydrant valve and applying grease for free movement/ servicing. (d) Checking of fire hoses, male/female coupling and nozzle. (e) Checking leakage and nozzle operation of hose reel drum. (f) Checking terminals, voltage, current, specific gravity, acid level and applying the petroleum jelly on batteries.

All as per item No 7 here in above but fire hydrant with booster pump, control panel, hose reel drum with hose, fire hydrant valve, fire hose, nozzle, pressure gauge, pressure switch at Akash Vihar (P-87 to 91) complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The above item job is for Fire fighting pump house comprising of 100 HP pumps-02 nos with jockey pump, connected piping/ valves/ systems/ MCC for automatic on/off of jockey pump/main pumps complete.

All as per item No 7 above but fire hydrant with booster pump, control panel, hose reel drum with hose, fire hydrant valve, fire hose, nozzle, pressure gauge, pressure switch at ASTE ( Hangar No 10 & 11 ) - 01 job. complete all as specified and directed. Note : The above item job is for Fire fighting pump house comprising of 75 HP pumps-02 nos with jockey pump, connected piping/ valves/ systems/ MCC for automatic on/off of jockey pump/main pumps complete. (Note for Ser item nos 1 to 10) (a) Spares shall be measured and paid sperately under relevant items as 'Supply only' (b) Monthly checking Report/ serviceability state shall be put up to the Engr-In-Charge every month without fail. )
