Notes : (i) The work consists of 02 jobs as under:- JOB (A) : TPP 2024-2025 Ser No. 76 (ii) Please refer schedule 'A' notes before quoting the tender. (iii) Amount of Schedule of Credit shall be deducted off line by the department. ITEMS FOR JOB 'A'

Note :- The rate quoted is inclusive for the following :- (i) (a) Attending minor repairs/breakdowns without involving any new (major) materials. (b) Cost includes the tools for attending break down and minor materials like lugs and PVC tapes,Job Cards and Complaint registers etc. (c) Major repairs,Break downs invloving S&F of materials such as cables,Joints,MCCBs etc are out side the scope of this item and shall be measured and paid separately. (d) Contractor should ensure to carry out the work through qualified Technician/Electrician and assisted by the helper. Necessary tools & plants and transportation charges are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in of excavated soil including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning/sand covering for underground cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (standard size as per local availability) laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection on road crossings /plinth protection/ lamps post etc with fixed to the pole wall etc. suitable fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade 80 mm dia for cable protection on road crossings /plinth protection/ lamps post etc with fixed to the pole wall etc. suitable fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm gradded stone aggregate in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing in trenches or fixing on wall or passing through pipe or in cable ducts, 1100 volts grade 25 Sqmm, 4 core XLPE , armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor including dismantling & taking out old cable complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 25 x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1,using (20mm graded stone aggregate), "mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40x 40 x 6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering 40mm dia light grade, GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical "plate No '3' and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing as directed. Note : (i) The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level and also the cost of the Test point. (ii) Joining of GI earth strip with pipe of the test point shall be done by using suitable cable lugs.

Supply and lay Graded coarse aggregate of size 40 mm dia size upto height of 0.15 Mtr over 0.1 Mtr of sand cushioning in outdoor sub-station yards including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and removing debris to a distance n.exc 50 m before laying of complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs display board (as per sample kept in AGE E/M office) on different sub stations alongwith necessary paintings to existing Pole and display Board (minimum size 900 x 600mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs LT Cable CI path indicator of size 80 x 50 x 05mm having voltage written on it as 415V painted with Blue colour welded with MS angle iron to be erected 20cm above ground and 20cm below the ground with PCC 1:2:4 cubical size of 20 x 20 x 15 cm with necessary exavation, returing filling complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs HT Cable CI path indicator of size 80 x 50 x 05mm having voltage written on it as 22000V painted with Brown colour welded with MS angle iron to be erected 20cm above ground and 20cm below the ground with PCC 1:2:4 cubical size of 20 x 20 x 15 cm with necessary exavation, returing filling complete all as specified and directed

S&F tringular shape of 3mm sheet metal indicator of size 30 x 45 x 54 cm mounting on flat GI strip of size 32 x 10 mm from 120cm above ground with suitable PCC 1:2:4 for foundation of 15x15x10cm for showing route of LT/HT cable with and including all fixing and painting of suitable size letter omplete all as specified and directed

M&L for Maintenance and attending complaints / breakdowns at Naval Station Karanja area comprising of LT panels, over head lines/ underground LT cables upto main distribution boards at buildings including repairs of day to day maintenance of LT panels by providing necessary hinges, nuts & bolts, welding and painting at site to LT Panels where necessary for smooth & trouble free LT power supply including rectification of minor defects to electrical controls gear/accessories complete all as specified and directed.
