Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification. ( CCMC Pg- 08, S.no - 23 )

Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as Rectangular columns, Top and bottom slabs of boxing, Sill slabs, Sunshades etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90x60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10x6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete as directed ( CCMC Pg- 05, S.no - 16 )

Filling with basement with M SAND in layers well rammed, watered and consolidated, complying with standard specification etc., complete.( CCMC Pg- 03, S.no - 05 )

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x43/8"x23/4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.( CCMC Pg- 08, S.no - 25 )

Supply and fixing of Cudappa slab of approved quality and colour of size all floors over 40mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointed with same color cement added. ( CCMC Pg- 12, S.no - 58 )

Supply and fixing of ROLLING SHUTTERS (WITH ISI MONOGRAM):Supply and erecting of Gear type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheets. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., ( CCMC Pg- 106, S.no - 02 )

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make colour water closet of size in 580x440mm weight glassed earthan ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position leveling complete with necessary connection as per standard specification ( CCMC Pg- 15, S.no - 79 )

Special ceiling Plastering and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification( CCMC Pg- 10, S.no - 41 )

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium colour sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.( CCMC Pg- 13, S.no - 68 )

Dadooing the walls with colour colour glazed tiles of best approved quality ion cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand) and pointing with the same colour cement neatly to full depth of tiles in all floors as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specification. The colour of the tiles should be got approved by the Departmental officers before execution.( CCMC Pg- 12, S.no - 57 )

FLOORING with scratch proof CERAMIC TILES of approved quality and colour of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointed with same color cement added. ( CCMC Pg- 11, S.no - 46)

Manufacturing,supplying & fixing in position Steel windows of MS sheet 20 gauge thick with openable shutter frame and shutter frame made out of steel section confirming to IS 7452/ 1990.The outer frames of windows made of Z section (F7D) of size 25 x 20 x 3 mm confirming to IS7452/1992 mullions are made of (F4B) of section size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS7452/1990.The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of 'T'section (T2) of size 25x22x3m, 2nos of sturdy hinges and one numbers of handle cum slatch of special type are fixed for with openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its any operation. One number of adjustable stay with locking bracket of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter 4 nos. of 40x40x3mm anngle hold fast 230mm length are welded to the outer frame at appropriate point.M.S square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacings ,20gauge MS sheet is used for covering the shutter. Painting with Enamel paint of approved colour and quality over old iron work for doors, windows, grills, weldmesh, screen etc., as per the direction of the departmental ooficers Etc., Complete.( CCMC Pg- 12, S.no - 63)

Painting with Emulsion paint two coats along with base coats of approved quality (ISI standard) paint as per the standard specification (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work). .( CCMC Pg- 12, S.no - 62)
