Repairing, Renovation of 11 K. V H.T Panel of Make ABB, installed at Rohini Sector-25 STP by carrying out the following works for its healthy operation the jobs includes Disconnection of HT power from the panel cleaning and removal of dust using Air blower vacuum cleaner of appropriate size cleaning of metal using solvent clean agent.

Supply installation of R, Y, B LED type 22 mm LED indicator.

Supply installation of digital type Ampere meter of size 96x96 with LED type seven segment digital display Make AETeknikLand T

Supply installation of digital type Volt meter of size 96x96 with LED type seven segment digital display Make AETeknikLand T

Supply installation of digital type Power Factor Meter of size 96x96 with LED type seven segment digital display Make AETeknikLand T

Supply installation of digital type Mega Watt Meter with appropriate CT and PT ratio as per site requirement of size 96x96 with LED type seven segment digital display Make AETeknikLand T

Servicing cum overhauling of VCB of Make ABB cleaning repairing of inner male and female contacts using CRC26 and MTO any other equivalent cleaning agent repairing of Elctro mechanical mechanism, repairing of lever lock and spring lubrication and greasing the mechanical system for smooth operation on and off properly, after completion of the work assembling the VCB and fixing in the chamber.

Replacement of the vaccum interrupters of bus coupler suitable for VD- 4 Model VCB of make ABB for proper functioning of the VCB , the work includes , opening of spout , cleaning of bus bar and male and female terminal of the VCB . Work includes checking the closing time of each pole , opening time of each pole , Time difference between two conjugative opening operation O-C-O, Hi Pot test to be conducted before charging the VCB

Repair of the male contact of the ACB , proper cleaning of the same using CRC Thinner and removal of old and deteriorated black burnt portion from male contact.

Repair and replacement of burnt and damaged Insulation of the bus bar. Providing and fixing of HT tape and coating with epoxy paint , Work of Insulating the panel mounted HT insulator with Dr. Back epoxy gel coating the insulating bus-bar supporting insulator with dr. back epoxy gel coat

Repair replacement of DC power pack for controlling of the panel protection indication system and replacement of damaged and required spares in DC system to check if the system is functional in case of power failure and protection is working in case of power failure.

Replacement of analogue protection relay with latest digital microprocessor based protection relays over current earth fault relay.

Calibration of HT CT with secondary injection set.

Assembling the complete panel and testing on load at site, maggering before charging the panel at HT, proper working of bus coupler checking of tripping at Incomer -I and II .
