Full Height Glass Partition Providing and fixing full height (8 Feet) toughened glass partition with 12 mm thick clear glass (make Saint-Gobain or modiguard) fixed with inter locking glazing profile (stainless steel brush finish) on both top and bottom. Bottom and top (both) side of the profile should be fixed with floor with necessary stainless steel screw and top side fixed with 75 mm X 40 mm X 1.50 mm thick medium-duty Stainless steel hollow tube section framing work. Stainless steel hollow tube should also be fixed with proper frame work with all beams, soffit and ceiling with necessary brackets and cleats as required, including filling hardwood in the bottom level tube, which shall be connected to the glass partition (glazing profile). The following Specifications and requirement of work is given below. 1. The full height of the toughened glass partition is 8’-0”. 2. The vertical supports to be provided for toughened glass partition by 40 mm (16 Gauge) SS-304 Pipe (round or square) top level of partition to celling level or bottom level of beam of roof. 3. The distance between of two continues vertical supports are not more than 3 feet Centre to center. 4. The edge of toughened glass partition is finished on diamond shape. 5. All the fixtures and fastener will be used standard quality and made with SS or similar as, and match with toughened glass partition is included. 6. 75 mm X 40 mm X 1.50 mm thick medium-duty pipe will be used as horizontal and vertical supports for toughened glass partition. The height of toughened glass partition may be increase or decrease as per direction of college authority.

Full length Glass Doors Providing and fixing 12 mm thick clear toughened glass door (saint-gobbain or modi guard design), with making holes / cut-outs as required, making diamond edges clear smooth polished, fixed with stainless steel glass door rails with necessary material required for door assembly (pre-installed hardware, removable clip on covers, end cap, and rubber gasket or proper grip and lock etc.) and fixed on Double action floor spring with closing force EN3, having high grade cast iron mechanism body, housed within a corrosion resistant zinc paint protected galvanized steel loose box, internal mechanism components utilizing heat treated high alloy steel & ball bearing for optimum efficiency, closer mechanism totally immersed in hydraulic fluid, "hold open" models, having the possibility of the shutter being held open at 90 degrees angle (in or out) , adjustable closing speed valve, with pivot to suit patch fittings and door shutters, having door handle: 475 mm long X 32 mm diameter. "S" type, back to back installation, glass damage preventing gasket, grub screws finish complete in all respect as per direction of college authority. 1. The width of door may be 3’-6” and full height of the toughened glass door is 7’-0”. 2. All the fixtures and fastener will be used standard quality and made with SS or similar as, and match with toughened glass partition is included. 3. The sample of door handle, machine door locks, tower bolt or other fixture and fasteners (made by ss-304) will be used standard quality and fixing on door after sample approved by college authority. 4. Three no’s of doors may be fixed on toughened glass cabin/partition or as per required.

Providing and fixing decorative blur white film on the surface of toughened glass cabin/partition as per requirment and sample approved by college authority.
