Taking up or down cast iron pipe of tyton joint type from trenches including dismentling tyton joints type & removing for disposal for the pipes of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable star delta starter from existing panel and supply and fixing and connecting star delta starter including three pole contactors MNX 40-02Nos and MNX 25-01No, front add on-aux for three contact block , electronic timer delay time 0- 60Sec, Phase sequencer relay connection and complete connection all as specified and directed. Make :- L&T, Legrand or equivalent as approved by GE.

Dismatling/taking out exsisting unserviceable water level indicator from over head reservoir/ UG smps and supply and fixing new digital water level indicator consist of probe magnetic level sensor components within the probe tube stainless steel stem (SS-304) the length of the probe based on height of the tank upto 3 meter height and microprocessor based digital level indicator digit size 100 mm, monitoring in 10 stages, wire and cable required from probe unit to display unit appx 60 RM of Over Head Tanks / under ground sump of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Active Controls or equivalent as approved by GE.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning , scraping and preparing and painting of different capacity of monoblock motors and pump including writing letters on pump motors etc at various installations as per colour code with one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamelled paint as approved make and colour complete all as specified and directed

Taking out unserviceable CI sluice valve, 150 mm bore, double flanged from the existing pipe line by unscrewing nuts, bolts and removing of rubber gasket joints including de-watering work required for working pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable CI Non-return valve , supply and fix in repair CI Non-return valve Ball type double end flanged/ drilled, PN-1.0 with and including necessary cutting of existing delivery pipe line of any type and welding, jointing including jointing materials such nuts, bolts, washers, flange and rubber gaskets etc for the pipe of 80 mm bore with reinforced rubber nitrite ball complete all as specified and directed. Make : Normex or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to 50 mm bore including taking down / removing old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable and supply and fixing switch disconnector fuse unit, type 4pole S-D-F in open execution of size frame Fr1, 63Amps and fuse of capacity 63 Amps all as specified and directed. Make: Cat No SK95704 of L&T or equivalent in Legrand as approved by GE.

Taking down unserviceable and supply and fixing switch disconnector fuse unit, type 4pole S-D-F in open execution of size frame Fr1, 32Amps and fuse of capacity 32 Amps all as specified and directed. Make: Cat No SK95518 of L&T or equivalent in Legrand as approved by GE.

Taking down unserviceable and supply and fixing 3 pole contactor type MNX confirming to IS/IEC 90947-4-1 , fit to Frame 5, type MNX 185, 250Amps, Aux contacts 2No+ 2NC all as specified and directed. Make: Cat No CS94139 of L&T or equivalent in Legrand as approved by GE.

Taking down unserviceable and supply and fixing 3 pole contactor type MNX confirming to IS/IEC 90947-4-1 , fit to Frame 3, type MNX 70, 100Amps, all as specified and directed. Make: Cat No CS97076 of L&T or equivalent in Legrand as approved by GE.

Taking down unserviceable and supply and fixing DIN mounted earth leakage relay, 30MA-30A, 110-240VAC, 11VDC, Auto reset all as specified and directed. Make: Cat No 17G715KF2 of L&T or equivalent in Legrand as approved by GE.

Part - II (Works under items No. 59 to 93 herein below are to be executed at the locations in Fort area, Nagpur area as directed.)

Taking up or down GI tubing and fitting, 80 mm bore, from wall/ trenches and disconnecting from main distribution lines including necessary cutting of existing pipe line and threding the same and dewatering work as required and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable CI Air release valve and Supply and fix in repair CI Air release valve 50 mm dia PN 1.0 complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of worn out flat PVC insulated 3 core copper conductor of 10. Sqcm 1100V grade, 50 Hz for submersible all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sluice valve, 80 mm bore, flanged and drilled type PN-1.0, ISI marked with CI hand wheel and stainless steel spindleof IS:6603 bronze rings complete with jointing and jointing materials such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gaskets complete all as specified and directed. Make kirloskar Brothers Limited or equivalent.

Fixing for installation of 12.5 HP vertical submersible pump with help of chain pulley crane mechanism and tripod stand in 30 mtrs depth well at fort area Nagpur including fixing of HDPE pipe from motor to valve connected and joint complete and fixing accessories complete all as specified and tested upto entire satisfaction complete all as specified & directed. Note :- HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid under relevant item seperately.

Material & labour for servicing, oiling, greasing, bush bearing, of 12.5 HP vertical submersible pump including replacement of UNSV bushes and studs as required and testing upto satisfaction complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDEP) pipe for laying of Electric cable of size 50mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner Diameter with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6 mm thickness laid in trenches,wall, floor , pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade laid in trenches passing through pipes/ducts including testing complete of cross sectional area and size 4 core 16 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steet earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.50 mtr. below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washer of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing on completion including the material and labour for :- (a) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 (c) Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighting not less than 1.87 Kg/sqmm (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20mm nominal bore medium grade and Aluminium lugs etc all as specified.
