Day to day opertation and Quartely maintenance including overhauling & breakdown maintenance of cooling towers of 200 TR capacity each as described below for a period of 36 months as per technical specification.

Quarterly maintenance including day to day operation, servicing, preventive & breakdown maintenance of two nos. of Cooling Towers of 200 TR capacity each as per sub clause no. 1.1 of specifications.

Overhauling of cooling towers once in 18 months as per sub clause no. 1.2 of specifications.

Replacement of cooling tower motor with brand new one of capacity 7.5 HP and 700 RPM as per sub clause no. 1.3 of specifications.

Replacement of existing defective fills of 2 Nos 200 TR cooling tower with new PVC Honeycomb fills approx total volume 14 M^3 as per sub clause no. 1.4 of specifications.

Replacement of drift eleminator, suitable for cooling tower of capacity 200 TR as per sub clause no. 1.5 of specifications

Day to day opertation and Quarterly maintenance including overhauling & breakdown maintenance of Air Handking Units (AHU) of 4000 cfm, 10 TR Capacity each as described below for a period of 36 months as per clause - 2.0. of technical specification.

Quarterly maintenance including day to day operation, servicing, preventive & breakdown maintenance of 23 nos. of AHUs of 4000 cfm, 10 TR Capacity each as per clause No. 2.1 of technical specifications.

Overhauling of the AHUs once in 18 months as per clause No. 2.2. of technical specifications.

Replacement of Pullys for blower of 10 TR capacity Air Handling Units as per clause 2.3 of technical specifications

Replacement of Pullys for motor of 10 TR capacity Air Handling Units as per clause 2.5 of technical specifications

Day to day opertation and Quarterly maintenance including overhauling & breakdown maintenance of 17 nos. of water cooled Package air conditioners (PAC) as described below for a period of 36 months as per clause - 3.0. of technical specification.

Quarterly maintenance including day to day operation, servicing, preventive & breakdown maintenance of 17 nos. of Package units of 11 TR capacity each as per clause - 3.1 of technical specification.

Overhauling of the Package units once in 18 months as per clause - 3.1 of technical specification.

Repair of electronic controller of package air conditioners as per clause 3.3 of technical specifications

Replacement of Pullys for blower of 11 TR capacity package air conditionioners as per clause 3.4 of technical specifications

Replacement of Pullys for motor of 11 TR capacity package air conditionioners as per clause 3.5 of technical specifications

Replacement of compressors for package units as per clause 3.6 of technical specifications

Monthly Cleaning of all equipments and sorrounding area with all required materials for cleaning in AHU rooms, pumps rooms and cooling tower room etc. as per clause No. 4.0 of Technical Specification.

Comprehensive maintenance including Breakdown maintenance of the following equipments as per clause no. 5.0 of technical specifications.

Overhauling, caliberation of Pressure independent balancing and control valve (PIBCV) with actuator, once in contract period

Overhauling, caliberation of Electro magnetic flow meter once in contract period

Overhauling, caliberation of Ultrasonic flow meter once in contract period

Overhauling, caliberation of RTD, once in conract period

Supply, fabrication & installation of GI ducting to be fabricated out of 20 gauge (1.0 mm) thick 220 GSM GI sheet complete with suitable supports as per clause no. 6.0 of tender specification and instruction of EIC. NOTE : 1) Structural steel required for installation of GI ducting shall be paid separately under item MS structure. 2) Removing & refixing of false ceiling tiles and replacing false ceiling tiles damaged during erection of ducting, damper etc., if any, shall be in the scope of this item.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Class-O closed cell nitrile rubber thermal insulation along with aluminium cladding on air-conditioning ducting/Piping with accessories at various locations as per clause no. 7.0 of tender specification and instruction of EIC.

Supply & installation of Manually operated opposed blade operation having Aerofoil double skin blade design damper made of GI sheet. (size will be as per site requirements) as per clause no. 10.0 of tender specification and instruction of EIC. as per clause no. 8.0 of tender specification and instruction of EIC.

Day to day operation and maintenance including overhauling & breakdown maintenance of 2 nos. of horizontal split casing Centrifugal condenser water pumps of 748 GPM (170 M^3/hr) capacity having 30 m head and 2 Nos of chilled water pumps of 690 GPM(159 M^3/hr) capacity having 25 m Head as described below for a period of 36 months as per clause - 9.0. of technical specification.

Quarterly maintenance including daily operation, preventive and break down maintenance of 4 nos of Centrifugal Pumps as mentioned above and as per sub clause no. 9.1 of technical specification.

Overhauling of above mentioned 4 nos of Centrifugal Pumps once in a contract period of 36 months as per sub clause no. 9.2 of technical specification.

Day to day operation and maintenance including overhauling & breakdown maintenance of 8 nos. of Centrifugal verticle inline pumps motor set as described below for a period of 36 months as per clause - 10.0. of technical specification.

Quarterly maintenance including daily operation, preventive and break down maintenance of 8 nos of Centrifugal Pumps as mentioned above and as per sub clause no. 10.1 of technical specification.

Overhauling of above mentioned 8 nos of Centrifugal Pumps once in a contract period of 36 months as per sub clause no. 10.2 of technical specification.

Quarterly maintenance including overhauling & breakdown maintenance of 8 Nos. of pot strainer as per clause no. 11 of tender specifications.

Quarterly maintenance including overhauling & breakdown maintenance of 6 nos. of Y strainer as per clause no. 12 of tender specifications.

Quarterly maintenance including overhauling & breakdown maintenance of 9 nos. of Basket Filter as per clause no. 13 of tender specifications.

Maintenance, overhauling & breakdown maintenance of 17 nos. of Non Return Valves as per clause no. 14 of tender specifications.

Removal of existing corroded pipes and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Class-C (heavy as per IS:1239) G.I. piping for chilled water lines along with all requird accessories & pipe fittings, flanges etc. with 25mm thick nitrile rubber thermal insulation of class 'O', high density puf gutty with aluminium cladding etc. as per clause no. 15 of tender specifications. (Pipe sizes are ranges from 2 inch NB to 8 inch NB, class heavy, as and when required)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following agents required for maintenance of mechanical systems

Chemical cleaning of cooling coil, filters, blowers and other HVAC components.

Periodic dosing of Algaecide Chemical in cooling tower to prevent growth of algaes as instructed by EIC.

Comprehensive maintenance of 3 no. of plant type heat exchangers as per OEM for the Heat exchangers as per clause no. 22.0 in technical specifications.

Removal, dismantling, seperation of insulation and shifting of old pipe line dia with suporting structure, & associated equipment from various locations as per clause no. 24 of tender specifications.

Repairing by only welding of pipes and structural material complete with final run at site as per clause no. 25 of tender specification.

Replacement, Supply, installation of various MS supports and other accessories including removing old items as per clause no. 26 of tender specification.

Scraping, cleaning and painting of metallic body/supports, civil structure/surfaces at various locations at SCF/ Helium plant/ SBI Building/ ModLabs / BARC as described below and as per clause no. 27 of tender specification.
