Supply, install ,testing and commissioning SF6 insulated compact Outdoor type R.M.U. rated voltage 11 KV,rated current 630 A, short circuit breaking current 16 KA and making capacity 40 KA ,fully arc proof metal enclosed, free standing, floor mounting, flush fronted type consists of Electrically operated non draw out type SF6 module-2 Nos load break switches (Incomers) and 2 No. Vaccum circuit breaker (outgoing) with integrated relays and related CTs as specified below, cable switch module and an interlocking mechanism with the earthing switch all as specified and directed. Degree of protection shall be per manufacturer specifications. (a) Fixed type voltage indicators and electronic short circuit indicators for simple fault indication (b) Resin cast CT with ratio 50-100/1A with 2.5VA burden class0.5 for metering and class 5 P10 for protection-Set of three (c) Resin cast potential transformers with ratio 11KV/1.732, 110V/1.732, 50 VA class1 with HT fuses mounted on with drawable rack (d) Self powered microprocessor controlled numeric relay comprising of three over current , one earth fault protection relay with high set for both phase & earth and with fault memory, universal auxliary supply (e) Trip circuit supervision relay (f) Power pack equipment , with back up for 15minutes including batteries complete suitable for operation of relays (g) Internal bus earthing with flat GI strip of size 50x6mm

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr depth for laying UG cable getting getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised iron plate 600×600×6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI strip size 32x6 mm thick by means of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary exacavation and earth work, GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia up to 7.5 Mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adeqate quantity of charcoal dust and comman salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Location : - 02 Nos at NUWR sub stn & 04 Nos at 33 KV at MRS NOFRA.

S & F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination Cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable end termination kit cold shrinkable indoor type, suitable for XLPE cable 3 core 95 Sqmm 11 KV HT supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Double walled corrugated pipe (DWC ) confirming to IS 14930 heavy duty 110/95 mm bore for cable protection as a guard pipe including required accessories etc. Complete as specified and directed.
