Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5M in depth for pipe line, etc. in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation where existing UG Cables/water pipe lines are crossing manual excavation only will be allowed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25Cm thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance n.exc 50M away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying 110mm HDPE pipe IS:4984:2016, 8Kg/ cm2 heavy grade PE-80 for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying 63mm HDPE pipe IS:4984:2016, 8Kg/ cm2 heavy grade PE-80 for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring holes under road pavement by bocky manually in any type of soil upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of brick pillar to support the pipe line including demolition of old PCC and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM (1:4) as in brick pillar of required size and shape to support the pipe line including demolition of old brickwork & removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick with cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pin point the fault by arranging fault locating machine in any size of LT UG cable from any location/ position/ situation, taking down/out the faulty portion of cable, of any length from trenches, jointing with cable jointing kit & testing for satisfactorily serviceable with & including necessary excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and making necessary connections to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. Labour only for attending and identifying electric supply complaints of day to day maintenance of existing LT Panels/ LT Cable including connecting electrical accessories/ spares of water supply/ Elect supply installations, electrical fitting with lights, short circuits in OTM/Md Accn as per complaint register complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note for Ser No 43.00):- (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to be including the cost of labour involved under repair item. (ii) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of experienced electrician(NCVT-ITI qualified) as applicable assisted with adequate number of helpers as directed by Engineer-in-charge but minimum provision of executing team are as under :- 1. Electrician (semi-skilled) and Helper (un-skilled) for attending LT grade Electrical work as required (iii) Engineer-in-charge may decided to depute team per day to complete the complaint within 08 hours. Per day execution of complaints shall be measured and paid under item No 64. (iv) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost of govt. (v) The Electrician shall always in possession of all Electrician tools, LT Megger, Earth Tester, Multimeter, Crimpling tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves, Ladders etc. required at site. (vi) Registering/Recording of the complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and directed. (vii) Contractor will submit group insurance of deputed employees from any authorised Govt Agencies is Mandatory as per Labour Law.
