M & L for submain wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including PVC casing caping of 25/ 32 mm size fixed on wall/ ceiling with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction boxes, reducers etc as required and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing caping shall be measured as unit length.

Supply and install hi wall split type air conditioner unit, indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air-ioniser, copper condensor and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with BEE 5 star rating, rated power range 220-240 volts and 1.5 ton capacity, including all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Notes: a) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of making hole in wall, insulation of copper tubes, stand for outdoor unit (wall mounted/roof top type as necessary), T & P for installation & making good the disturbed surface. b) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of copper tube for suction & discharge upto 3 RM length. Excess quantity used at site shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.
