Removing existing water proofing treatment by brushing with wire brush, taking down cement concrete tile, existing plaster/cement concrete/ lime coba etc. in any thickness, cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, moss, dust etc and remove from the site of all waste materials, roughing surface of corner to roof by wire brush and all the open cracks/honeycomb should repair properly with site made polymer mortar (cement: sand: 1:4) admixed with HS Latex Plus @10% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces when concrete is stil green finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction etc complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-Water proofing compound shall be measured separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of HS Elastoseal BTD a waterbased, single component, UV resistant elastomeric PU liquid membrane in white / terracotta / green colour better UV resistance, recommend to use of white colour BTD, having SRI Index > 109, having solid content 80%, Elongation 400%, Tensile 2MPa, with the help of brush /Roller with the coverage of 2Kg/Sqm over a primer coat of Elastoseal BTD : Water (1:1) to achieve DFT of 1.5mm, Sandwich 40 GSM fibre-mesh in between two coats etc. complete as per manufacturer recommendations complete all as specified and directed. (Make Berger paints/Asian Paint as approved by GE)

M & L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25xm x20-22mm thick, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry in floors etc, and cut and polished, rubber moulded with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including raking out joints, hocking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of wall even and smooth finish without using extra cement on conc/brick surfaces in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of PCC in any description and in any position etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finish even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Compacted thickness of Moorum/Red bajari shall be measured for payment purpose).
