OPENWELL SUBMERSIBLE PUMPSET AS PER IS 14220/2002 WITHOUT PANEL BOARD Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. Supply and delivery of submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps, vertical spindle type pump , wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions as stated in the annexure. Pump shall be capable of handling min 100 mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction . Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump Impeller should be of Non-clog semi open type , single vane / multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps to have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600rpm for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets. Casing and impeller should be of CI Gr. FG 260 :IS210 more preferably with hardened impeller. Shaft should be of stainless steel AISI 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410.The submersible motor shall be operated with 3 ph , 415 V( + or – 10 % ) , 50 Hz ( + or - 5 % ) dry induction type. Motor shall be capable of giving rated output without reduction in the expected life span when operated continuously . The rotating assembly shall be dynamically balanced as per standards. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 200% of rated full load current for Star / Delta or ATS starting under any circumstances .The motor shall be suitable for full voltage star delta / ATS starting. The locked rotor current of the motor shall not exceed 600% of full load current unless otherwise specified. Supply,Installation, Testing, and commissioning of 02 nos of GPRS modem based communication module comprising of one main and one standby modem with suitable antena,modem controller and 2 nos data enabled SIM cards (01 no per modem) using two different service providers.The module shall be programmed to automatically toggle between the service providers based on the actual signal strength . PLC based GPRS gateway .The panel shall be wall mounted of suitable size made out of 2.0 mm CRCA sheet and properly powder coated.Connected to database generated by the SCADA configuration of Email Ids and phone numbers of recipients conditions like alarms and events to be user defined there shall be no limit to the number of recipients with computer system complete full automation /scada of the sewer line for both the STPs etc all complete. Level sensor with transmitter (Non contact type ultrasonic) module 34 nos. providing signals for low level,Middle level and high level for various pumps and should facilitate automatic start & stop of the pumps (working+standby) suitable for field/outdoor installations for monitoring of sump, sewage level and feedback to PLC for operation and syncronisation of all pump as per process requirements .They have to provide required nos. of Engineers, technicians, manpower for successfully running the ststem without failure for complete two years of operation & maintenance (O&M) period. They should also construct the necessary room for installation of their equipment at their own cost at a suitable location provided by PPT. After two years of O&M period, the entire system install should be handed over to PPT in good functionable condition etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. N.B:- The firm has to take care of succesfull functioning of the two nos SCADA system for the entire two years along with the engineers required technical skilled and unskilled to be deployed and all complete for its functioning as per required. The firm has to hand over the entire system in good functional condition after completion of their two years O&M period to PPT since the property belongs to the PPT. The rate includes all taxes ,royalities,cess but Excluding GST.
