SITC of Drain piping with PVC (Sch-40) pipes with fittings duly insulated with 9MM thick Nitrile rubber section with suitable solvent and necessary quantities of supports, flanges, bends, elbows, fittings, nut-bolts, gaskets etc (as per direction of EIC) [ MAKE: ASTRAL / ASHIRVAD / SUPREME / FINOLEX / PRAYAG / ORIPLAST, MAKE OF INSULATION: KFLEX / AFLEX / ARMACELL]

SITC of Class - VIII grade (120 GSM) GI sheet, for supply & return air duct along with necessary supports, flanges etc. as required and as per IS 655 and IS-277 standards of following gauges. (Make TATA/ SAIL)

S&F shop fabricated Plenum made out of 18 SWG Class VIII, 120 GSM GI Sheet(Make TATA/ SAIL) and insulated with 25 mm thick duly laminated aluminium foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber[ MAKE: KFLEX / AFLEX / ARMACELL/SUPREME ]. (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self- adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete by using proper scaffolding and safety arrangements. (As per direction of E.I.C)

S&F of 19 mm thick duly laminated aluminum foil faced closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation having density 40-60 Kg/CuM on duct after applying OEM recommended suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete in all respect (as per direction of EIC) [ MAKE: KFLEX / AFLEX / ARMACELL/SUPREME ].

S&F of 10 mm thick open cell Nitrile rubber (Class “1”) insulation having density 140-160 Kg/CuM on inaide duct after applying OEM recommended suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber with nut bult washers complete in all respect (as per direction of EIC). [ MAKE: KFLEX / AFLEX / ARMACELL/SUPREME ]

S&F of underdeck insulation by 50 mm thick TF quality Expanded polysterene slab (24 Kg/Cum) with bituminous adhesive compound, wire, washers etc as required (as per direction of EIC) [MAKE: ASTHA / BEARDSELL].

S&F of powder coated extruded aluminium section supply air diffuser with louvers & GI black volume control dampers. (Make - Systemair / Dynacraft / Premire / Caryaire / Airmaster / Air Enterprise).

S&F of power coated extruded aluminium section return air diffuser with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required. (Make - Systemair / Dynacraft / Premire / Caryaire / Airmaster / Air Enterprise).

S&F of duct mounted Strip Heater Bank made out of SS tube & GI fins divided in to 2 kw in 3 banks (9 kw) including connections with humidistat, airstat, thermostat etc (as per direction of EIC) (Make - Alco/Daspas).

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section fresh air grill in AHU room with aluminium volume control dampers, SS bird screen etc complete as requied (Make - Systemair / Dynacraft / Premire / Caryaire / Airmaster / Air Enterprise).

S&F of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required for the following sizes including painting as towards laying Cu refrigerant pipes, cables, drain pipe etc as per actual requirement at site (as per direction of EIC)

Charges for cutting wall / floor for entry of different sizes duct & pipe lines including mending good the damages including painting with wall matching colour and removal of rubbish as per direction of EIC.

Supply, design, fabrication, installation of MS structural work for AC equipment & accessories like AC Plant, Pipes, Ducts, Cables, Trays, ODU Structures etc : M.S. works in structures/brackets made out from channels, joists, flats, angles, tees etc. to sizes specialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted to rafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc. The above structure should be painted 2 coats painting over 2 coats of primer as per direction of EIC.

Charges towards unloading. Loading, lifting, shifting and placement of AC plant on 4f rooftop foundations with the help of hydraulic boom Crane of suitable capacity and counter weight arrangements and height at site.

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liability Period - 1 (One) year
