Providing Vitrified tiled flooring to the Canara Bank located at the 1st floor of New Commercial Complex building in NITK

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions: Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as directed, cost including all lead and lift charges etc., complete.- in all the floor levels

Rearranging of existing Furnitures: Rearranging of existing wooden tables with cabin, including supporting members, cost of labour, stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Mosaic / ceramic tile/kota stone: Dismantling Mosaic / ceramic tile/kota stone work of any thickness in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including, stacking material to the appropriate disposal of the debris with all lead (within the campus as directed) and lift etc., complete– in all the floor levels.

Vitrified tiles: Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in 1200mmx600mm sizes / 600x600sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser, treads of steps, with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of spacer joints as per direction of Engineer in charge.(tiles sample as displayed)- In First Floor

Plastering 6mm thick: Providing 6 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on concrete surface / ceilings including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Grouting joints of tiles: Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to existing aluminium partition/window/door : Repairs to existing aluminium partition/window/door including glass, board, lock, handle, beading etc cost of all material, labour, complete as per specifications and as per direction of the Engineer in charge – in all the floor levels
