g. Change of filter media of IRP as per manufactures guideline

i. Any other major work related to Water Supply Scheme not mentioned above.

(i) EOI will be evaluated on basis of lowest (L1) of Agency total bid value of (Sl. No- 5 & 7) quoted by the bidder.

(ii) All the technically qualified bidders will be empanelled for the above work on L1 rate and an undertaking for the same will be taken from the bidder at L1 rate. The work will be given to other empanelled bidder only if L1 bidder will not agree to perform the task or

(iii) In case of revision of minimum wages (Sl. No-1 above), bidder has to pay its employees as per the latest minimum wage circular issued by Govt. of Bihar.

(iv)GST and other taxes rates will be as per latest govt. rules

(v) Total no of man power may be vary from time to time and it may vary as per requirement. The undersigned reserves the right to reduce or increase the manpower deployment, if considered necessary.

(vi) Minor and Major repairing work mentioned in Sr. 02. & Sr. 03 are not exclusive. The purpose of this financial bid is to obtain quote of maximum number of items/work. Any kind of work (minor/major) or items not mentioned in the above list if required in future shall be done/supplied by Agency based on prevalent market price or SOR released by different works department of Govt. of Bihar.

(vii) Bidder must comply with circular cum memo no 2988 dated 23.03.2023 of Finance Department of Bihar .
