Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposal of all debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding & backing including disposal of all debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing GI ceiling frame work with hangers of any dia & of any description complete complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc.including raking out of joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc. any description including disposal of all debris complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from frame) area exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each including builder hardware fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan not exc 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class HW, 35mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, finished fair & even to receive top layer etc complete.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick in flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured, glazed ceramic tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x350mmx 7mm thick (As directed by Engineer in Charge) in vertical surfaces (including designed borders ) such as skirting and dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (Rate of Designer border in vertical surface shall deemed be included in quoted rates)

S&F powder coated Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm fully threaded MS adjustable rods of required length with galvanised steel level clips, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre along main "T", adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 50mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm thick integral densified micro look edged eco friendly, bio safe anti-microbial & anti-bacterial fungae free (suitable for Hospital RH-100 product), light weight, calcium silicate false ceiling tiles plain with pin holes of approved texture of size 595x595mm, at any height, in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking grid screws including cutting/making opening for service like diffusers, grill, light fittings, fixtures smoke detector etc wherever required of Aerolite/ Armstrong and equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces of walls finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering on ceiling surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete, l surfaces of walls finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specifed & directed.

Supply and laying sand (25 mm thickness ) for cushioning to interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for designer, glass moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block shape, size and colour as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade made with grey cement and pigment including sealing the ends using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Unistone, Duracrete, Ultra)

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/hard standing and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including demolition of brick tiling, Mud phuska /PCC padding of any thickness etc on roofs slab, any thickness with plastering and leeping etc including removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete, type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC sub base, roof padding, Gola, etc including cleaning the surface by wire brushing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick or stone masonry wall surface & roof slab, finish fair & even mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

Providing water proofing treatment with five layered 3mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylene) of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, modified bituminous membrane re-inforced with non woven polyester mat of weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polythene finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane over and including a coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg / Sqm over roof and finishing the treatment with two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane (An overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on sides & ends respectively) complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :-(i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of primer APP membrane. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of one coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm & two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors, Chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,and hold fast etc., complete all as specified and directed. (Fe 290 gde E 165)

Dismantling of existing water cooled central AC plant upto 37.5 TR capacity complete with connected pipe lines ( Chiller & Condenser) , Insulations, Valves and strainers, Motors, cooling tower pipe lines,including cooling tower. Disconnecting power and control wires of complete plant , Dismantling of exesting AC plant control panel , Dismatling /cutting pipe supports and breaking existing foundations of Chiller pumps, condenser pumps & Chiller units 03 Nos each all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge with arrage necessary manpower & T & P for transporting it upto 6 KM at MES store yard for further disposal.
