Mandatory Documents

Required1. Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD in favour of Executive Engineer, Siliguri Central Division (EZ), CPWD, Nirman Sadan, Hakimpara, Siliguri - 734001.

Required2. Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to division office of any EE, CPWD. Scanned copy of original Bank Guarantee including e-Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD. (EMD-format of deposition receipt should be as per Page No.- 52)

Required3. Letter of Transmittal.

Required4. Copy of Enlistment Order in appropriate Class and Category issued by CPWD, in case of approved and eligible contractors of CPWD. (Not required for specialized agency).

Required5. Valid Electrical Contractor License issued by Competent Authority or Undertaking from the agency that they shall associate with a CPWD agency having valid Electrical license from the Competent authority in its name, for execution.

Required6. GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.

RequiredIf work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration Certificate, as applicable within one (01) month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/We shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on account of the work executed and/or for any action taken up by CPWD or GST Department in this regard.

Required7. Experience certificates of Similar Works as defined in para 1(a) of page no. 5-6, duly signed by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Manager. Note - Complete set of TDS certificate (Form 16 A) shall be uploaded in case the similar work is executed for a private body, which shall form basis for establishing the completion cost of work executed.

Required8. Certificate of Financial information - Turnover (Average annual financial turnover on should be at least 0.61 Crore during the last three consecutive financial years. The value of annual turnover figures shall be brought to current value by enhancing the actual turnover figures at simple rate of 7 percent per annum.), profit/loss as per FORM A. (Not required for CPWD approved and eligible contractors).

Required9. Bankers Certificate of 0.81 Crore, as per FORM - B. or Net worth Certificate of 20.23 Lacs as per FORM B-1 issued by Certified Chartered Account. (Not required for CPWD approved and eligible contractors). Bankers certificate should not be more than 6 months old.

Required10. Details of eligible similar work up to last date of submission of bid completed in last seven years as per FORM - C.

Required11. FORM - G (Affidavit).

Required12. FORM - J (Undertaking Regarding ERP Training For non-CPWD Contractors)

Required13. FORM - L (Declaration of site inspection).

Required14. The Certificate issued through LMS in ERP under train the trainers program arranged by ERP unit (Not required for Specialized Agency / Non CPWD Contractors)

Required15. Valid Mobile Number, E-mail address and correspondence address to be uploaded on letter head of the bidder with seal and sign.
