Miscellaneous Safety Works, Testing, and Statutory Compliance of 11kV HT Substation in ISI Delhi Centre.

Compliance of Inspection & Approval with respect to 11kV Electric Substation as per CEA (Measure Relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulation, 2010 for equipment’s installed by HT/EHT consumers (Preparation of Document/Drawing and Submission to ISI for satisfying Compliance norms). I) Preparation of as-built Single line wiring diagram indicating the rating/size of transformer H.T./L.T. cables, H.T./L.T. Breakers and protection relays etc. II)Preparation of as-built drawing (Layout plan) of existing 11kV Electric Substation including measurement of dimension of substation rooms, main entry, ventilation and machines etc. III) Testing & Test Reports of existing sub-station equipments, and submitting Test Reports only in IS specification (including test charges). IV) Preparation of Earth results test reports with details of earthing along with layout of earthing plan and submitting the earthing test report (including test charges) V) Preparation and submission of the Test report of all protection relays provided for the Sub-station (including test charges). VI) Compilation of all Test Reports including Manufacturer's Test Certificates, Test Reports for VCB, Transformer, HT Cable, etc as applicable. VII) Arranging for Inspection and Technical Testing with respect to 11kV Electric Substation including Testing of all Protections for Transformer, VCB Testing, Testing of HT Cable, Testing of Earth Pits, etc as applicable during Visit by Authority concerned. VIII) Engineering Consultancy / Liasioning Services with Electrical Inspector, Govt of NCT Delhi for Inspection & Approval with respect to 11KV Electric Substation. IX) Supply of Electrical Safety Items such as Insulating Rubber Mats, Fire Buckets, Shock Treatment Charts, Danger Plates, etc as applicable. X) Minor Repairing of Earthing Strips / Connections with HT Transformer, VCB and LT Panel, wherever required as applicable.
