Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 ,9.0 metres long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles Type 410 SP-31(9.0 meter long) Single Swan Neck Type complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles Type 410 SP-31(9.0 meter long) Double Swan Neck Type complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles Type 410 SP-31(9.0 meter long) Triple Swan Neck Type complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP-66 protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement moulding compound Street light junction box of size 250 mm x 200 mm x 105mm complete with shock and rust proof, termite resistant, tamper proof , front openable type and including suitable provision for 3 phase 4 core incomming & outgoing loop -in loop connection and including one no. MCB SP 6 Amp including non metallic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole / wall complete.

Supply and fix in repair MCB TPN 32 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix, Two core pvc insulated copper cable with multistranded copper condutor of size 1.0 sqmm x two core, and drawing in to PVC Conduits & GI pipe bracket and connect to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for street light bracket made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe of not more than 1.2m length, bent to required shape suitable for fixing street light / security light fitting on Steel tubular pole / RCC pole / building wall including two Nos clamps made out 30mm X 5mm flat with suitable nuts and bolts (clamp type - as per site requirement ) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer and complete all as directed.

M & L for Painting to street light pole of steel tubular swaged/ swan neck type with two coat of aluminium paint after cleaning to rusted portion of pole and finishing the surfaces including one coat primer top to bottom, painting on cross arms/FI clamps/street liht brackets of any type including making alternative blak and yellow strip with synthethic enemelled paint up to 1.5 Mtr height from ground level & writing of pole numbers with black paint on poles all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing defective LT under ground cable of any size from trenches complete all as directed

Supply laying & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with crimping of suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 10 Sqmm nominal cross section x 4 core.

Description all as per ser item No. 15.00 above 16 Sqmm nominal cross section x 4 core.

Supply and fix in repair of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based on nature switch and voltage monitoring system (VMS) series for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on nature light lux level. Required illumination level for switching ON is <30 lux and for switching OFF >10 lux.VMS should have adjustable over & under voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, neutral loss & phase reverse. The nature switch along with suitable power contactors , incoming and outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof , electric shock proof and FR grade SMC junction box with hinged lid confirming to IP 54 complete all as specified for the following: - a) Suitable of three phase load of 8-12 kw with contactors (single phase 3Nos), incoming& Outgoing MCB SP (6 Nos),rating of 32 Amps per phase & circuit wiring of min 10 sqmm. Make -Swadeep Cat No. swadeep -02EC VMC 8kw3P or equivalent in Havells /Indoasian

Supply and fix in repairs PVC tubes, medium grade, 20mm bore for laying of sub-main wire/cable on Street Light Poles and on wall, incl necessary accessories & fixing arrangments like PVC band, clamps , nut -bolts etc.complete all as specifird and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation ,laying of cable or pipe ( where provide for protection of cable or fixing poles and stay and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser item No. 20.00 above but for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying fine sand for cable protection in layers incl punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured for the payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or pole coupling of size 300x300 mm or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing GI Strip complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. Note: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

M&L for providing under ground boring using mechanical pneumatic drilling equipment / manually for passing electric cables through by providing HDPE pipe of 100mm dia heavy quality, pressure rating 6 kg/cm2 under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not more than 1.5mtr deep and making good the distrubed surfaces is to match with its existing specifications all as specified and directed. Note : Any damage to the existing cables/water pipes/structures shall be made good by the contractor at his own expense.
