Replacement/Augmentation of ALCMS System including AICMC for Five Years at Chennai Airport

SH-I: SITC of ALCMS

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Airport Lighting Control & Monitoring System (ALCMS), Type 'L 890 BB' to the requirements of FAA Advisory Circular No. AC 50 / 5345 - 56B (Current edition) and additional circuits / mechanisms / interfaces for control & monitoring of Constant Current Regulators (CCRs) installed for various visual aids of both main runway and secondary runway & other ancillary lighting aids such as Landing - H, Isolation Bay Flood lighting, Beacon light etc. as mentioned in Annexure-A & network diagram, maintaining data and event log records, suitable interface to make them compatible with ALCMS, Data & Power Cabling, Earthing etc., including PLC and I/O modules, all hardwares and softwares, licenses & other items as required for successful operation of the ALCMS system etc., complete as required to ensure failsafe, expandable and future proof system.

SH II : Miscellaneous Works

Supply and laying of Single Mode (OS 1) 12 core, armoured Optic Fibre Cable (OFC) (ISI marked) conforming to ITU-T G.652 and IEC-60794 with up to date amendments, etc., through existing HDPE pipe of 40 mm dia complete as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of PN 6 and PE 100 of 40mm dia (OD) size ISI marked, HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc., conforming to IS 14930, Part II with up to date amendments in the existing existing RCC / HUME / metal pipe / masonary duct complete as required.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of PN 6 and PE 100 of 40mm dia (OD) size ISI marked, HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc., conforming to IS 14930, Part II with up to date amendments on wall surface/cable tray with necessary Clamps/Cable ties at required intervals complete as required.

Supply and laying of 8 Core x 1.5 sqmm Control cable solid annealed plain copper conductor, XLPE insulated PVC innersheathed single layer of galvanished flat steel strip armoured and over all PVC sheathed 1.1KV grade confirming IS 7098 Part-I amended upto date, laying in the existing existing RCC / HUME / metal pipe / masonary duct complete as required.

SH III: AICMC OF ALCMS

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance (AICMC) of complete ALCMS & other related hardwares and softwares including all spares and consumables, providing full support during breakdown & trouble shooting, programming, carrying out Quarterly routine maintenance checks, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practices, recommendations of the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge for maintaining the systems. This includes keeping the system in acceptable functional and serviceable state etc. as specified including cost of all spare parts.

Second Year (after Completion of DLP) Rate for Second Year after DLP = 5 % escalation of SH-III Sl. No. 3.02 cost

Third Year (after Completion of DLP) Rate for Third Year after DLP = 5 % escalation of SH-III Sl. No. 3.03 cost

Fourth Year (after Completion of DLP) Rate for Fourth Year after DLP = 5 % escalation of SH-III Sl. No. 3.04 cost

Fifth Year (after Completion of DLP) Rate for Fifth Year after DLP = 5 % escalation of SH-III Sl. No. 3.05 cost
