Taking down carefully old defective LT UG cables of any size including cable protection pre cast concrete cover / bricks from the trenches and keeping aside for reuse/disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT underground XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core.

Description all as per item No 2 above but cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old street light pole any size, any type completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Hot dip galvanised iron octagonal pole of height 7 mtr minimum galavnising of 70 microns, top 70mm,bottom130mm and 3mm sheet thickness in single section without any weld joint with square plate of minimum dimensions 225x225x12mm, foundation bolts of size M-24x750mm long 4 Nos , single arm bracket of 900x1000 mm for mounting the light fitting at an angle of 120 degree, backelite sheet with one 6 Amp SP MCB and 16mm stud type connectors-04 nos inside the pole at the door opening for cable connections ,common templates minimum 01 for each 15 poles, all fixed and bolted on and including suitable RCC pedestal of minimum size 0.4x0.4x1.4m including form work as per manufactures design & Drawing recommendations and specification. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary excavation and earth work and RCC pedestal etc complete.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying/taking out electrical cable all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note:- Punned thickness of sand only will be measured & paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in replacement of existing burnt bricks complete all as directed.

Supply and laying galvanised iron tubing, light grade of size 40 mm dia with all fittings as in cable protection, laid in trenches, including taking down existing unserviceable GI pipes & its connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair PVC insulated and sheathed copper multistranded cable three core 1.5 sqmm, heavy duty through or on pole connecting to cable looping box of street light fitting all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 90 watt LED roadway luminarie, made up of pressure die cast housing with toughned glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection with high power LEDs as light source and HF electronic driver of 90W capacity including making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj cat No. BRTFG 90W LED CR or equivalent make in Philips, C&S, Havells. Shakti

Earthing complete with galvanized cast iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts washers and check nuts of steel/GI duly protected with 15mm bore light grade pipe upto main board, 20mm bore watering pipe light grade with CI/MS funnel and wire mesh including excavation, earth work in any type of soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr, char coal dust and common salt in adequate qty all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 having pit and cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm grouted in PCC pit for PCC cover, funnel with wire mesh complete and all as specified. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type CI chamber, funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 15mm bore, RCC cover slabs 50mm thick with 8mm dia CTD bars @ 140mm c/c both ways etc complete.

S & F in repair timelite distribution board 32 Amp, 3 Pole,230 V, 50 Hz with astronomical time switch according to IEC 60730-1 with text based programming concept.
