Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement filler as specified and viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge including compating with 8-10 tonne, vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surfacing accuracy complete[for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 120 kg/m3 of mix formula supplied in bulk produce by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material.]

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement filler as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 135 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion confirming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. With rapid setting bitumen emulsion-oOn bituminious surface @ 0.25kg/sqm.

Filling available excavated earth (Excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and for all lift.

Supply of Airfield Lighting Cable : Supply of 5 KV grade 1 Core X 16 sqmm stranded copper conductor un-armoured, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed underground airfield lighting cable generally conforming to IS 1554 Part II complete as required.

Supply of plug & Receptacle : Supply of 16 sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' plug and receptacle suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, single core copper conductor cable as required.

Supply of CI Collars :Supply of CI Collars of following heights suitable for mounting on the existing C.I.box , made out of water tight round type metal container of outside dia 330 mm and 10 mm thick CI moulding all around, except top surface which is 15 mm thick with clear opening of 220mm dia on the top & bottom with 6 Nos. M-10 tapped hole at hole centre of 260mm to recieve bolts,along with neoprene gaskets,M-10 SS bolt, plain and spring washers etc required as per specifications.

Supply of rings : Supply of CI ring of following heights suitable for mounting on the existing C.I.box , of outside dia 330 mm with clear opening of 220mm dia with 6 Nos. M-10 hole at hole centre of 260mm to recieve bolts, M-10 SS bolt of appropriate length in consideration of fitting base plate and collar thickness, plain and spring washers etc. as required.

Fixing of Collar Boxes/Rings : Fixing of one no. collars/rings up to 50 mm hieght above the existing transformer housing box & providing 6 nos SS M-10 bolts of required length, spring and plain washers, filling & finishing around the box with suitable sealant etc. as required,complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge as per site requirement

Supply of neoprene gasket suitable for CI box

Making of field Connection : Making field connection by crimping 6/16 sqmm plug and receptacle on single core 6/16 sqmm copper conductor cable in an approved manner including applying HT tape etc. as reqd.as per site requirement

Dismantling and re-installation of existing elevated runway/taxiway edge light fixures : Dismantling and re-installation of existing elevated runway/taxiway edge light fixures of all types (during re-surfacing) including providing appropriate temporary dummy cover during the laying of bituminous layer, removing the same, surface dressing etc. for facilitating collar/ring/fitting installation disconnetion/re-connetion etc. as required,complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge as per site requirement.

Supply and Laying of 20 mm GI pipe : Supply and Laying of 20 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe conforming to IS 1239 upto a depth of 15 cm, connecting both/one end to existing transformer housing box i/c refilling with cement /bituminous concrete etc. with bends, couplers etc. as required as per specification.

Supply and Laying of 3x2.5 sqmm cable : Supply and Laying of 3x2.5 sqmm copper multicore flexible cable,1.1kv as per IS 694:1990 and laying in the GI pipe including terminating one side to the isolation transformer end and the other end to the lead of the inset fitting,including suitable check nuts,etc, complete as required.
