Cutting down small trees / bushes from wall/roof/chajja of building including digging out the roots from brick work or any other structure portion of building including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer instructions and making good the disturbed portion to match the existing surface as required in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Concrete interlocking pre polished paver block, with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed

Repairs to internal and external surfaces of RCC Chajja/ facia/parpets by rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 including dubbing coat if required and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using using extra cement at a height upto 12 metre and applying 2 coats cement base paint over a coat of white wash including taking down old plaster and necessary form work and scaffolding as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
