SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (MAINTENANCE & OPERATION)

Manning & Operation Manning and Operation of 1 Nos 100 KWP at Kakching Garrison 02 Nos 50 KWP Solar Power Plant at Bn HQ Sajik Tampak 4 AR and Bn HQ Saibol Joupi 30 AR alongwith its connected equipments i.e.control panel, battery banks and PV modules etc in shift of 08 hrs per day by employing qualified or experienced technician including comprehensive maintenance of all above equipments installed at solar distribution network in area by manitening attendance register of staff employed all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Contrcator shall quote his rate for maint and operation of 1 Nos 100 KWP at Kakching Garrison 02 Nos 50 KWP Solar Power Plant at Bn HQ Sajik Tampak 4 AR and Bn HQ Saibol Joupi 30 AR and all other eqpt including cleaning of plant areas, monitoring/recording of plantts energy production/distribution details with tender terms and conditions. (a) Contractor will produce character certificate issued by Police Station. Education/Qualification Certificate and experience certificate belonging minimum 02 years of the staff employed and contractor shall be responsible for any disciplinary case of staff employed. (b) Necessary life insurance will be done as per prevailing rules for tradesmen employed through this job and original policy documents will be produced for verification and record of the accepting officer immediately on after approval of technician. (c) All expenditure for necessary T&P, Dress, Safety Hardness Eqpt, Communication, Stationary, insurance of tradesman etc as specified in this job are deemed to be included in the quotes rate. (d) All payments of labours will be done through Nationalized banks and produced the bank statement to department before claiming bills. (e) Penal Charges If any of the activity mentioned above is not performed by the contractor than recovery as under mentioned will be affected:- (i) Absent on duty of technician – Rs. 1000 per shift (ii) Not cleaning of PV Modules and Plant Areas – Rs. 2500 per plant/month. Note: Separate replacement under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and installing, testing and commissioning of P V Module (photo voltaic cell) as per existing size/capacity complete all as per directed and specified. (a) 100 KWP (Kakching) – 10 (b) 50 KWP (Sajik Tampak) – 10 (c) 50 KWP (Saibol Joupi) – 10

Supply and installing, testing and commissioning of P V circuit breaker PC Box of 250 Amps capacity complete all as per directed and specified. (a) 100 KWP (Kakching) – 01

Supply and installing, testing and commissioning of DC/AC Voltage meter as per existing size/capacity complete all as per directed and specified. (a) 100 KWP (Kakching) – 01 (b) 50 KWP (Sajik Tampak) – 01 (c) 50 KWP (Saibol Joupi) – 01

Supply and installing, testing and commissioning of DC/AC Ampere meter as per existing size/capacity complete all as per directed and specified. (a) 50 KWP (Sajik Tampak) – 01 (b) 50 KWP (Saibol Joupi) – 01

Supply and installing, testing and commissioning of solar E/Fan as per existing size/capacity complete all as per directed and specified. (a) 100 KWP (Kakching) – 05 (b) 50 KWP (Sajik Tampak) – 01 (c) 50 KWP (Saibol Joupi) – 01

Supply and installing, testing and commissioning of solar DC Cable of 6.0 Sqmm complete all as per directed and specified. (a) 50 KWP (Sajik Tampak) – 250 (b) 50 KWP (Saibol Joupi) – 250

Repair & Maint of old existing Inverter of system voltage 240/360/480 Volts by inspecting, repair of replacement of internal part complete alongwith DC wiring connections, PCBs, Indicators, Volt & Amp meters (Digital/Analog type) and make the inverter functional by connecting to existing battery bank all as specified and directed. Note:- If the inverter is non-repairable then the same shall be replaced with Hybrid type Inverter od suitable capacity wrt existing system voltage @ Rs. 14,50,500/-

Fixing only battery bank of suitable capacity (500/600/1000 AH) from store room to solar plant site and connecting in existing system by taking down old unserviceable battery bank from system complete & make the plant functional in all respect including connection upto inverter complete all as er specified & directed. (a) 100 KWP (Kakching) – 175 (b) 50 KWP (Sajik Tampak) – 100 (c) 50 KWP (Saibol Joupi) – 100 Note:- 1. The new battery bank 600AH will be supplied as schedule ‘B’ Stores free for fixing only. 2. The old battery bank is issued as schedule of credit to the contractor @ Rs. 1000/- per battery.
