Amount

A) The quantities have given are those upon which the lump-sum tender cost at the work is caused but they are subject to alterations, omissions, deductions or additions as provided for in the conditions of the contract and do not necessarily show the actual quantities of the work to be done. The unit of rates noted below are those governing payment for extras or deductions for omission according to the conditions of the contract as set forth in the conditions and specification for the contract. B) It is to be expressively understood that the measured work it is to be taken out (Not withstanding any customarily practice to the contrary according to the actual quantities when the place and finished accordingly to the Drawings or as may be ordered time to time by the Town Panchayat Engineer and the cost calculated by works connected there with. The rate quoted is for the works in site and complete in every respect. C) The material required for the works must be supplied by the contractor and of the approved quality
