Constructing Sakav At Chanderai Dadracha Parya,Tal-Ratnagiri For The Year 2025 26

Item No. 1 :- Dismantling the R.C.C. Work 1:2:4 and sorting out the materials such as steel etc. as directed and stacking them within the specified lead as directed etc. complete.

Item No.1:- Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil for foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Item No.2:- Earth work in excavation in hard rock manual means requiring blasting for foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material

Item No.3:- Dewatering for other soil in abutment, returns, piers including diversion of stream providing cofferdam, bunds etc. as may be necessary for foundation and other parts of work and bailing out and pumping out water below the actual initial natural water level for start of that particular component till completion of bridge etc. Complete

Item No.4- Providing and fixing 25mm diameter steel anchor dowel in hard rock including drilling hole of 32 mm diameter up to 0.75 mtrs depth, placing the dowel in position and effectively grouting the hole with CM 1:1 proportion etc. complete

Item No.5 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete M - 15 of trap metal in foundation including necessary bailing out water, compacting and curing (including plywood / steel formwork centering excluding dewatering by pump )

Item No. 6 :- Providing & laying in situ cement concrete M - 15 of trap metal for cast in situ piers, abutments, returns, wings etc. including provision of "V" shaped false joints to form suitable panels on the faces to approve design with compacting by vibrating, form work, centering. ( excluding dewatering by means of pump) and including bailing out water and curing etc. complete. ( Upto 3 m height ) as water and curing etc. complete ( Note : add 5% for over 3.00 m. height increase upto 9.00 height and 20 % for every 3.00 m height increase in lift above 9.00 m height, above ground level for that particular structure )

Item No.7:- Providing and laying in situ controlled cement concrete of M - 25 of trap metal for reinforced cement concrete caps over piers and abutments including necessary scaffolding, plywood / steel form work compacting by vibrating, finishing and curing etc. complete (excluding reinforcement )

Item No.8:- Providing and laying in situ M - 25 cement concrete of trap metal for R.C.C.work including ramming, vibrating, finishing and curing complete for solid slab etc. including plywood / steel formwork centering and finishing in cement plaster ( Excluding H.Y.S.D. reinforcement ) Height upto 3.00 mts.

Item No. 9:- Providing and laying in situ of trap metal Cement Concrete M-25 for R.C.C work of ballast walls, kerbs, box returns etc including scaffolding, centering plywood/steel formwork, compaction, finishing in CM 1:3 and curing completed

Item No.10:- Providing and cutting bending, hooking, laying in position and tying HCRM/ CRS for reinforcement as per detailed drawings for R.C.C. work

Item No. 11 :- Providing and fixing in position tar paper bearing as per detailed drawing etc. complete.

Item No.12:- Providing and fixing in position expansion joints with 25 mm thick bituminous pad as per detailed drawing etc.complete.

Item No.13:- Providing 100mm diameter GI water spouts as per detailed drawings in RCC slab and wearing surface / kerb etc. complete.

Item No. 14 :- Providing and laying weep holes of 100 mm diametre PVC pipes as per drawing for abutment returns returns walls etc. complete.

Item No.15:- Providing and laying of filter media with granular materials/ stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition as per drawing and technical specifications etc. complete.

Item No 16 - Providing and laying 0.90 meter thick metal mat consisting of rubble, oversize metal and normal size metal in specified thickness as per detailed drawing including supplying all materials, hand packing of rubble, spreading metal in layers and hard murum including watering and compaction with power roller etc. complete

Item No 18:- Providing and laying in situ M - 25 cement concrete of trap metal including compacting, finishing, curing and filling in joints with bitumen, complete for wearing course 8 cm thick.

Item No. 19 :- Providing RCC railing of cast in situ / ready mix RCC posts with M20 CC of trap metal for horizontal and vertical members as per detailed drawings including reinforcement, scaffolding, centering, formwork, compaction, finishing and curing with watering chemical compound etc. complete. (fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) )

Item No. 20 :- Providing and fixing 90 cm x 60 cm Granite plate engraving 10 cm. height letter, figures including painting the lefters/figures with approved colour and shade complete

Item No.21:- Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20cm to 30cm. breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97% of standard Proctor density for a lead of over 50m. to 300m. inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

Item No.22:- Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from other sources upto lead of 50m. including all lifts, laying in layers of 20cm. to 30cm. thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades & section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller with V-Sat attachment to achieve not less than 97 % of standard proctor density etc. complete ( Material obtained from Other sources)
