Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and including screed bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick Granite stone of counter vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mirror polished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in steps of flooring over cement screed base laid , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and three Horizontal lines should be made to avoid skidding over steps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mirror polished Machine cut kota stone slab in steps of flooring 20-25mm thick in Riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stones slabs one edges, such as in steps, cooking platforms and similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of wooden shutters in same opening exceeding 1Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each all as specified and as directed. (Note :`refixing' includes taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.) etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.
