Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil and removing debries from site upto a distance not exceeding 50m as directed by Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 (Paving bitumen) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm on unsurfaced water bound macadam complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG 10 Grade) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed carpet 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) per 10 Sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed sand seal coat using paving bitumen @ 6.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.06 Cum of sand and well rammed (paving bitumen of grade VG-30), rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 ton capaicty power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for continuous brick edging using old size brick burnt clay of sub-class ‘B’ with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads using thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5mm uniform thickness finished with glass beads (MORTH Grade) white or yellow colour, with the help of road marking machine including cleaning the surface throughly and removing all dirts dust complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs solar road stud/cat eye of minimum size 135mm x105mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and solar powered by mono-crystalline solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 Watt with one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery(1.2V/1600MA) and provided with superbright LEDs of 10000 to 18000 mcd(Millicandela), 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces for high brightness with charging time of 5-6 hours and backup of 3 to 4 days of continuous light all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix in repair Glow studs of minimum size 115x70 and 16 mm thick made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degrees to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I : 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix delineators made of acrylic material fitted with high intensity relex reflector in white/yellow colour and back holding plate is made of metal/FRB alongwith pole mounted brackets and powder coated CRCA pole 65 mm dia 120 cm high above ground fimrly fixed to the ground by mean of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation/filling (Size 30cmx30cmx30cm) including necessary excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Frontier, Model FCMO-80 or equivalent of VIALUX/GREENLITE/3M/DARK EYE

Supply and fix in repairs traffic convex mirror of 100 cm dia having 130 degree of viewing angle made of polycarbonate material, brim and back holding plate is made of metal/FRB alongwith pole mounted brackets and pole 50 mm dia made of galvanised steel fimrly fixed to the ground by mean of PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation/filling (Size 40cmx40cmx60cm) including necessary excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
