Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,foundation filling of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables.

All as per item No1.00 but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete ( 1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for oundation filling of poles as mass concrete.

Detection of any type of fault in HT/LT underground Line (laid in soil at plane area or forest area) with the help of Cable fault locator machine. Cable fault locator with carring vehicle will be brought by the cable fault detection agencies. Span of faulty cable will be trace out by the agencies by meggering HT cable. Note : 1. Detection of fault in one span of length will be measured as one Job either machine placed from one side or both side of the cable. 2. Technicians will be employed by the working agencies. 3. Earth work and taking out will be measured and paid seperately. 4. Material for repair and replacement measured and paid saperately. 5. One job shall be measured if the fault has successfully identified by the fault locator machine or removing moisture in the cable if required.

Servicing of switch air break gang operated device (GOD) 200 amps, 11/6.6 KV, by cleaning moving / fix contact jaw ,MS jumper / MS jumper carrier including replacement of ACSR Jumpers with PG clamps, nut bolts etc and providing white petroleum jelly and making all connection tightened and aluminium lugs etc complete and testing on full operating etc all as specified and directed.

Transportation of Transformer from site E/M yard to workshop for repairing and from workshop to site /E/M yard after repair etc of capacity upto 750 KVA all as specified and directed. NOTE : The rate deemed to be included of transportation charges.

Material and labour for dismantling of complete HV/LV coils of transformer upto 400 KVA (11/6.6/0.433 KV) and segregating, serviceable and unserviceable coils, serviceable coils shall kept aside for reuse after complete varnishing and testing of each coil including removal of complete core and accessories such as HV / LV bushings with metal parts, oil temp indicator ,winding temp indicator and disconnection of OTI, WTI all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1. Rewinding of defective HV / LV Coils shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. The rate deemed to be included of all tools and plants.

Dismantlling top cover of transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA , any make for repair / replacement of HT / LT bushing of transformer or for replacement of top cover gasket or for inspection of transformer or for minor internal repairs of transformer all including draining carefully transformer oil as required / upto the required level and refilling the same, re fixing the top cover of transformer after completion of the work including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. M&L for taking out old burnt winding and rewinding of HT/LT coil of different type, capacity and make of transformer with approved quality supper enamelled copper wire/ strip of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns along with allied materials like cork sheet, fibre glass insulations, paper insulations, cotton/ Empire tap and tube wooden blocks bolts, nuts and washer (Brass) soldering and other packing material etc. all as required at site or directed.
