Demolition of brickwork or stone masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar in any description and in any position including disposal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick using CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and making the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kerbs etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint over new surfaces having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs, tiles, cement concrete tiles/paver blocks of any description or thickness in floors, laid and bedded in any mortar including disposal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments and including 15mm screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), Type B1, 100 mm thick (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) concrete surface furnished even and smooth without using extra cement as in hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases 100 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including sand cushioning 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs including necessary form work, placed in position, set in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of damaged RCC cover slabs complete all as specified and directed.Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 8mm dia, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild Steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
