Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as per existing specification after providing point wiring under respective items here-in-below complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L surface point wiring for light/fan points controlled by one, one way switch switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR-LSH cable 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) with multistranded copper conductor with proper colour coding drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC casing capping medium grade with accessories (ISI marked) fixed in wall/fixed to roof, ceiling etc including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheated copper conductor cable FR-LSH (ISI markd) with proper colour coding as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly , modular sheet steel sunken terminal box of appropriate size suitable for modular switch/ fittings concealed in walls, with modular back plate, top cover fixed flush to wall for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc duly earthed including cutting chases and sinking for boxes and making good to the disturbed surface of wall/floor and matching with existing specifications, complete all as specified and as directed.
