P & F in position frame made out of M.S. angle (riveted or welded) finished with two coats of red oxide and two coats enamel paint including cutting, welding, holes etc.of following sizes as required. 40mm x 40mm x 5mm

Supplying and making one end termination with Nickel plated heavy duty brass single compression gland (as per IS 12943-1990)) SIBG type consisting of Check Nut, Gland Body, Metal Washer(3 Nos.), Outer Seal Rubber Ring, Compression Nut, heavy duty aluminium lugs (as per IS 8309 -1993) duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape as per IS 8337-1976 of following size of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1100 volt grade as required. 4x 10.0 sq.mm

Providing & Fixing of BEE Star rated copper wounded with class of Insulation 'F', double ball bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & aluminium blade ceiling fan conforming to all the performance requirements laid down in IS 374:2019 with down rod up to 30 cm with secondary support safety cable ( steel rope) , cotter pin, shackle kit with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor and making connection testing etc. as required 1200 mm Sweep BEE 3 Star rated (service value >=5.0 to< 5.5 )

Rewinding of ceiling fan motor (starting and running winding) including all necessary material. The motor is to be wound taking no. of coils, turns and pitch as it was originally wound with required size super enamelled wire with 'E' class insulation material and making connections etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. (New model ceiling fan)

Providing and Replacement of ball bearing of ceiling/ exhaust fan and refixing the same at suitable location as requiredand as per OEM recommendations. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material shall be retained by the contractor

Providing & Fixing of of M.S. J- hook of standard design made out of 16 mm dia. M.S. round bar and fixed with cement concrete mortar with required support as required.

P & Replacement of cover/ bearing seat of ceiling/ exhaust fan. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.
