1-Execution of All Works As Detailed In Schedule -1 (Final location
Conducting traffic survey and submitting traffic survey report as per Railway Board's letter No. 2022/W-I/Genl/DPR Proforma (Eoff- 3404238), dated-13.12.23 and latest guidelines. It shall include following items specifically-Executive summary, Introduction, Scope and Objectives, Methodology and approach, Methodology flow chart secondary data- As is assessment Primary survey-Traffic forecast, Data collection and compilation, Primary surveys, secondary data collection 1 and stake holder engagement, stake holder consultation, Existing line capacity utilization and projections, As-Is assessment, Traffic forecasting, Growth rate collection based on historical trend and investment, Modal shift from road ways, Anticipated freight and passenger traffic for 1st year, 6th year and 11th year, Traffic earning projections, Non fare revenue, Rolling stock requirement, PM Gati Shakti frame work, Project brief, improvements and justifications. Note- The agency will have to calculate the EIRR & FIRR as per Railway Board's latest guidelines. Mode of payment- 1. After conducting traffic survey and submission of Traffic survey report-70%. 2. After final approval of Traffic survey report by HQ and Railway Board-30%.
Conducting Aerial Topographical Survey with DGPS integrated RTK/PPK UAS DRONE based photogrammetric and Lidar to capture ground features and assets along the given alignment including Yards. Trolley/Loco Based Lidar System shall also be conducted to get uniform accuracy and data through out on the final approved alignment for Final Location Survey/DPR within an accuracy of 5cm RMSE. Survey will be done for width of around 100m. In mid section and around 250 m in yard. However final width requirement shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Following output should be delivered: 1.Topographical base map in AutoCAD format of 1:500 scale having all the naturals & manmade features such as buildings, road, tracks, platforms, walls, yards boundaries, fences, signals, electrical mast, FOBs, LCs, RUB/ROBs etc. In .DWG or .DXF format. 2.Contours at an interval of 50 cm in DWG or DXF format. 3.Digital Elevation Model of 1m resolution in ASCII format and DWG format. 4.3cm resolution (GSD) Ortho-photo in ECW or TIFF format which can be opened in CAD. 5.List of Control points established onto the Ground using DGPS (every 2 km as primary control points on existing permanent Structures.) 6.RTK (every 250 m) along with their Latitude, Longitude and elevation. 7.NSSDA report showing accuracy achieved in comparison to control points established. 8.Digital Terrain Model showing accuracy achieved in comparison to control points established. 9. Preparation and supplying of Yard Plans (ESPs) of various Stations along the alignment showing proposed position of track and related structures based on concept plan on Auto Cad and submit in CD along with miniature A4 size yard diagram. 10.The levels shall be provided at every 25 M interval and each 5 M for cross section upto 30 M beyond toe/edge of bank/cutting of BG formation for cross section and must be shown in plan. 11.The Reduced level/Rail level shall be connected with standard bench mark. 12.Longitudinal section (L-Section)/Cross section and alignment plan will be prepared on computer in Auto CAD and submitted in soft copy as well as hard copy. 13.Index plan and index section in soft copy as well as hard copy. 14.Processed 3D point cloud in LAS format. The item also include staking of approved alignment with RCC Pillars (150 x 150x 900mm size with 300mm projected above ground level) at an interval of 500m, (with wooden pegs 50 x 50 x 450mm size) at every 20m where track is away from the existing track or where it is advised by Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of wooden pegs is inclusive). The RCC Pillars shall also be fixed on curves indicating transition portion, apex point, crown of curve, beginning and end point of circular curves, (5 locations for each curve) at major bridges two pillars one or either side, including submitting list of distance and coordinates of centre line of proposed BG line from centre line of existing BG line at every 25m interval. He shall also submit the list of existing infringement to the proposed BG alignment as per latest SOD for BG. The proforma for the same shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge. Payment Schedule for Item No.1 of Schedule A: (as mentioned in attached tender document)
Providing and fixing cast-in-situ or precast M-25 RCC concrete centre-pillars of size 150 x 150 x 900mm with 300 mm projected above ground level on straight and curves as per Scope of Work & Technical Specifications with Contractors' own materials, tools and plants; including all leads and lifts and crossing of track etc.; including all taxes and royalties complete; including 3 painting, marking the pillars at site; including fixing of posts at curves indicating transition portion, apex point and crown of curve, beginning and end point of circular curves as per the setting of curve done in item no 1 etc. The rate includes the cost of all material including centering, shuttering, cutting, binding, reinforcement, cement etc all inclusive. The exposed surfaces should be smooth and neatly finished. Main Reinforcement shall be 4 nos. of 8mm Ø bars and stirrups of 8mm Ø @ 200 mm c/c spacing. Note-The pillars may be erected as directed by the Engineer in-charge along proposed centre line of BG track and Chainages shall be marked on these pillars.
Casting, transporting and fixing precast RCC boundary pillars with M15 grade of size 350mm (bottom), 230mm (top), 1550mm height, 100mm thick or as per approved drawing/sketch 4 supplied including engraving the letters SECR and applying one coat of primer, and two coats of red enamel paint and painting the engraved letters with white paint including excavation of pit and fixing into ground up to 900 depth with contractors OP cement, steel, labour, tools, materials all lead and lift involved, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.
Extra for Revision/Modifications in L-Sections/ Plans by Railway after final approval of 5 engineer in charge in each sheet and submission of another set of coloured drawing on tracing, three copies of white print and soft copy for final approval. (Note: Here Qty unit "Each" stands for "Each Sheet")
Preparation of existing & proposed layout plan including detailed plan/section of station building, quarters, structures on Auto CAD and submission of print on white paper and tracing for approval of Railways.
Preparation of the General Arrangement Drawing for all minor bridges based on finalized L- section for the proposed alignment & detailed geotechnical investigation carried out by the contractor under separate schedule.
Preparation of the General Arrangement Drawing for all RUBs/ROBs/RoRs based on finalized L- section for the proposed RoRs alignment & detailed geotechnical investigation carried out by the contractor under separate schedule.
Calculation of land widths and preparation of land plans in original on tracing 9 cloth/film of 70 microns required for the land to be acquired duly indicating chainages and widths along with alignment including station yards to a suitable scale as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
A Hydrological investigation for Bridges using DEM: Conducting hydrological investigation including detailed calculation for important major/minor bridges using Digital Elevation Model (Geological information system) Tasks: i.e. Marking of all bridge locations on index plan of the alignment. ii. Delineating the catchment boundary of bridges from DEM and calculating physiographic parameters of the catchment - area, longest stream, slope iii. Calculating design discharge (Q50) for all bridges based on RBF 16 / RBF 22 reports for small catchments and synthetic unit hydrograph from flood estimation report for large catchments (> 25 sq km). iv. Consultant will verify if there are any dams / water storage structures in the catchment and obtain regulated flow 10 discharge from concerned authority for calculation of design discharge. v. Checking of adequacy of proposed linear waterway, vertical clearance, free board and depth of foundation. Soil investigation report for scour depth calculations will be provided to the consultant. Deliverables i. 3 copies of report with bridge wise hydrological calculations should be submitted. Separate booklets should be prepared for major and minor bridges. ii. For each bridge, calculations and catchment plan with longest stream marked on Survey of India toposheet should be submitted. For bridges with large catchments, unit hydrograph and calculation of equivalent slope should also be submitted. iii. Catchment plan should be marked on 50 year 24 hr rainfall map to verify correctness of rainfall data used and the same and the same submitted in the booklet. iv. The following are required to be submitted as softcopy - calculation spreadsheets, Google Earth KML files of catchment plans, longest stream, alignment and bridge location.(A) For Minor Bridges

Preparation of LWR / CWR and Weld Plans: For Continuously Welded Rail (CWR) track for as much length as possible, for which the Contractor shall prepare the CWR plans for the approval of the Employer in accordance with the design principles/provisions contained in IR LWR (Long Welded Rail) Manual based on approved Track Structure. The consultant shall submit advance copy of the Weld Plans on white paper for approval of Employer. After the approval of Employer, the Consultant shall submit drawings in 3 (three) hard coloured copies on Polyester based tracing paper 12 (100 to 150 Microns) and two soft copies on CD. The scope includes required corrections and modifications as suggested by approving authorities of Railways till its final approval. Required follow up with various approving authorities including required explanations on various provisions/facilities in the ESP shall be arranged by consultant. Note: i) The colour scheme to be followed in the drawing shall be as per standard practice of IR. ii) Payment will be done as per Stages given below - Submission of Weld Plans and approval by Dyce ) / CON / BSP and CE/CON : 60% - Submission of Weld Plans and approval by Divisional HQ : 15% - Submission of Weld Plans and approval by Zonal HQ : 15% - Submission of Weld Plans in hard & soft copies : 10%
Submission of project report for Final Location Survey & detailed estimate with preparation of detailed schedule of quantity for formation work, ballast supply. The report should consist of quantity of earth work, blanket material, ballast, length of retaining walls; length of side drains etc. detailed quantity of various items of minor, major, important bridges, ROB, RUB & cost of 13 estimation thereof. The estimate shall be updated to include items as per the latest practice of Railway & Rly Bd's instructions. The rates adopted for schedule of quantities & detailed estimate should be latest & realistic. Rate analysis should be submitted as per instruction of engineer-in- charge.
