Consultancy Services for obtaining Fire NOC from statutory Body (NMC) for compliance of norms of Maharashtra Fire Prevention Life safety Measure Act 2006 for AMD, Central Region, Nagpur

Survey of Building & Floor Measurement: A fire compliance survey of the AMD Office Complex including Block-A, Block-B and Block-C Wing, Security Room, internal roads, lawns, access routes, and other associated areas. The survey assessed the availability, accessibility, and condition of fire-fighting systems, fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarm systems, emergency exits, evacuation routes, fire tender access, and other fire-safety provisions to identify deficiencies and recommend necessary corrective measures for compliance with applicable fire-safety requirements.

Drafting & Sanctioning drawing set up as per UDCPR : Preparation and submission of the building drawing set as per the applicable provisions of UDCPR, including architectural plans, sections, elevations, site/layout plan, area calculations, parking provisions, fire-safety provisions, and other required details for obtaining necessary approval/sanction from the competent authority of NMC.

Submitting in BPMS: Preparation and online submission of the required drawing set and documents through the BPMS portal, including uploading drawings, forms, supporting documents, and necessary details as per applicable statutory requirements, followed by addressing scrutiny observations and making revisions, wherever required, until approval is obtained.

Print for fire sanctioned map & designing & scrutpay of fire consultant : Preparation and printing of the fire-sanctioned drawing set, including necessary fire-safety layouts and details, along with design review, scrutiny, and coordination with the Fire Consultant to ensure compliance with applicable fire-safety requirements and approval conditions.

Consultant charges & Taking follow up to NMC : Consultancy charges for coordination and follow-up with NMC for submission, scrutiny, clarification, and processing of the required drawings and documents, including necessary revisions and liaison with the concerned authorities until approval.
