Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in two coats of 10mm thick each on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces; first coat (rendering coat) in cement mortar 1: 6 and second coat (finishing coat) in cement mortar 1: 4 mixed with water proofing compound (water proofing compound to be measured separately as supply only) and finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and M&L for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint, white or tinted over and including a coat of exterior wall primer on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer and wall care putty (Make: Birla/JK) on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wall care putty shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty (Make: Birla/JK) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer and wall care putty where required (Make: Birla/JK) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wall care putty shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cleaning & drying thoroughly existing surface of walls, roofs, chajjas, etc for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and dusting; applying two coats of polymer modified cementations based protective & water proofing coating as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls, etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, etc, 25mm thick, rough finished surface to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified light shade flooring tiles, 10 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy adhisive (Make :Dr.Fixit or Balendura) to match the colour of tiles with & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken surfaces of slab in following sequence complete as specified and directed:- (a) Slope correction providing PCC 1:1.5:3 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, average thickness 25mm, mixed graded styone aggregate, average thickness 25mm, mixed with integral water proffing compound "DITCHTMENT DM' manufactured by Dr fixit Pidiproof LW + of M/s Pidilite Industries or STP No 1 (Liquid) of M/S STP Ltd as approved by GE, in proportions as suggested by manufacturer. (d) Laying 150 micron thick black polythence film on the suface with 10mm overlaps sealed and bounded the surface. (e) Applying evenly a coat of hot bown of grade 85/25 @ 1.5 kg per sqm on the surfaces. (f) 48 hrs testing of treatment for water tightness by ponding of water.

M&L for 50 mm dia UPVC pipe as in water spout at the lowest point of sunken floor with 600 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall with outer end cut in chamfered angle for easy drain of water complete all as specified and as directed.
