Grouting of pole in depth of 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement, sand and brick ballast as per RESPO norms.

Construction of pole plinth 300 mm x 450 mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.

Painting of new erected ST pole with two coat of Red oxide paint, PO red paint at top of pole 2 mtr and balance by two coats of best quality aluminium paint ISI of Berger/Nerolac/Asian paints as per norms.

Fabrication & erection of End type double pole for 33 KV line on 11 mtr. long ST-Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accesories like 02 No. Top channel 125x65mm (1600 mm each) , 02 No. Bracing angle 65x65x6x4300 mm, Cable dropper, Disc Insulator with fitting, Danger board, Number plates and Barbed wire etc. (All required materials will be provided by contractor except ST- pole, Top channel, Bracing angle, cable dropper, Disc Insulator & Disc fitting)

Laying of D/C 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE cable in parallel in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep & 750 mm wide its boxing with bricks laying of cable & seperation of cable by brick wall, filling of sand upto top and covering with stone slab after laying of cable (All material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV cable)

Laying of 33 KV XLPE cable 3x300 sq mm S/C in GI- Pipe 150 mm dia by digging of trench in Kachcha/Pakka of suitable size at road crossing (All material will be provided by contractor except 33 KV cable)

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE cable on D/P through GI- pipe of size 6" dia 3 mtr long including its jumpering complete with holding clamps, PG clamps, Nut & bolts (All material will be provided by contractor)

Erection of stay set 20x1800 mm by digging of pit of size 0.4x0.6x1.6 mtr including grouting, binding, nuzzling and fixing of stay insulator with stay wire of size 7/10 SWG (All material will be provided by contractor except Stay rod (complete set) and stay wire)

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 sq mm D/C by digging of trench 900 mm deep & 750 mm wide its boxing with bricks & sand, laying of cable & separation of cables by brick wall, filling of sand upto top cover of the trench properly levelling & ramming & covering with stone slab after laying of cable. The ferruling of cable is also included in this work (All material will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE single cable in GI-Pipe 150 mm dia by digging of cable trench 600 mm wide and 900 mm deep (All materials will be provided by contractor except 11 KV cable)

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185 Sqmm XLPE cable on D/P through GI- pipe of size 4" dia 3 mtr long including its jumpering complete with holding clamps, PG clamps, Nut & bolts (All material will be provided by contractor)

Making of Heat & shrinkables joints of following sizes and types in 33 KV & 11 KV XLPE cable(Jointing kit will be provided by deptt.)

Fabrication & erection of Single pole support (End type) for LT- ABC line on 09/11 mtr ST-Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accesories like I/J Hook and suspension etc. (All material will be provided by contractor except ST- pole).

Erection of stay set 16x1800 mm by digging of pit of size 0.4x0.6x1.6 mtr including grouting, binding, nuzzling and fixing of stay insulator with stay wire of size 7/10 SWG (All material will be provided by contractor except Stay rod (complete set) and stay wire).

Erection and commisioning of LT distribution box 3 phase on LT-pole with necessary clamps (Required clamps will be provided by contractor).

Disconnection of existing service cables of consumers and reconnection of service cable from LT-Distribution box after commisioning of LT- Distribution Box.

Earthing of poles with MS- Earthing rod 20x2500 mm, earth wire with nut and bolts as per norms (All material will be provided by contractor except MS-Earthing rods).

High Pressure Testing of 33 KV & 11 KV cable. Testing equipment will be arranged by contractor.

Laying of Double Circuit LT PVC cable 3.5x240 Sqmm by digging of trench 750 mm deep 650 mm wide boxing with brick & sand filling of trench with proper levelling and rumming. (All material will be provided by contractor except LT cables).

Laying of Single Circuit LT PVC cable 3.5x240 Sqmm through GI- pipe 150 mm dia by digging of trench in normal soil. Size of trench 750 mm deep 650 mm wide at road crossing. Levelling & rumming after laying of cable are also included (All material will be provided by contractor except LT cables).
