Providing and laying water proofs with polymetic bituminous membrance (Plastic felt) of 2.25 Kg / Sqm and 1.5mm thickness consisting of layers having centre core of 20 micrones thermoplastic high molecular high density polyethylene HMHDPE film of grade 2504 including priming the surface with bituminous primer @0.3 Kg / Sqm applying and laying plastic felt membrance with 10cm over lap adhered to blown bitumen of 85 / 25 or 90 / 15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @1.2 Kg / Sqm including cost, conveyance, cess of all materials and labour T&P etc., complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to door & window of approved shade including cost of paint, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Priming one coat with any approved wall primer to outside wall surface to make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials, cost of all labour,labour cess T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weather coat to outside wall surface of approved shade including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with cost of indigo, blue with labour and T&P required for the work etc., completein all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weather coat two coat of outside wall surface over a coat of primer of approved shade including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with cost of indigo, blue with labour and T&P required for the work etc., completein all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing two coats with good shell lime to interior wall surface and ceiling including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P, cess required for the work etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
