M&L for preparing and cleaning of existing old treated asphaltic/concrete surfaces and applying one coat of (Aqua Base) road marking, runway paint golden yellow/orange/red for lines, arrows, letters etc, width or girth exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing and cleaning of existing old treated asphaltic/concrete surfaces and applying one coat of (Aqua Base) road marking, runway paint white for lines, arrows, letters etc, width or girth exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing and cleaning of existing asphaltic/concrete surfaces with wire brushes etc and applying two coats of (Aqua Base) road marking paint black for lines, arrows, letters etc, width or girth exc 100 mm, as in oblitration complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing and cleaning of existing old treated asphaltic/concrete surface and applying two coat of (Aqua Base) road marking, runway paint white/golden yellow/orange/red for lines, arrows, letters etc, width or girth exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Fair Faces of Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finishing even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for struck or recessed pointing to brick wall of surface drains, with cement mortar 1:4 including racking out joints etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing monsoon drain of avg depth not exc 1.0 mtr, including removal of silts, sludge etc. with manually or mechanically from drain bed for free flow of storm water including disposal of silts, sludge etc to a distance exceeding 250m but not exc 500m and deposited outside of MoD land. Note :- Cleaning of drain shall be as per users requirement viz once before Monsoon and after mansoon or as per necessiated and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, keep serviceable brick in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description, and in any postion, not otherwise specially provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC septic tank of capacity 2000 litre for 15 users, fixed in existing position after demolition of old unserviceable septic tank as directed, including supply and fixing PVC SWR 110 mm bend, tee and PVC SWR pipe 1.5mtr (approx) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
