for Retrofitting of HV side Y and B Phase Bushing replacement of OLTC gasket centrifuging of TF oil of 40 MVA TF-III and other associated works at 220 KV Cantt

Dismantalling of 40 MVA T/F-III bushing of 132 KV Y & B phase alongwith dismantalling of any other accessories inclduing radiator, bushing, buchholz relay, oil pipe line from conservator tank to main tank, oil pipe to OLTC and surge relay conservator tank needed for satisfactory completion of job. The work also includes opening of jumpers of HV/LV side bushing and removal of earthing strip from neutral bushing, if needed.

Complete/partial, as per requirement, drain out of old transformer oil from the existing 40 MVA Transformer-III into empty oil drums/oil tanker/centrifuging machine.

Replacement of gasket of OLTC and all of its associated parts like OLTC conservator tank, its neutral bushing and replacement of O ring in OLTC Driving mechanism. The above work inculdes gasket replacement of 02 nos OLTC Chamber top Periphery cover, 05 nos of inspection cover of size 0.762mx0.457m, and 01 no of main connecting cover of size 1.066mx0.812m and any other body part, as required. The work consists of opening of Nuts and Bolts, cleaning the oil and removing the old damaged gasket by scraping and cleaning the surface, fabrication of gasket of appropriate size from cork sheet, joining and punching holes, refitting the newly made gasket and tightening of nuts and bolts ensuring no oil leakage from OLTC / main tank /bushing turret/ buchholz relay by providing & fixing of new gasket as per existing size made rubberized cork sheet Konika/Turboze /NU cork brand grade 07 after due fabrication.

Providing and fixing of 01 no Silica Gel breather alongwith gasket, of OLTC oil tank (approx 500 gms or of suitable size)

Providing and fixing of Buchholz Relay suitable for 40 MVA TF III (GEC make) with separate contacts for Buccholz Alarm, and Buchholz Trip

Tan Delta test of 145 KV HV side bushing at 220 KV S/S Cantt, Prayagraj with providing Tan Delta test report in 3 printed sets for each bushing

Complete overhauling and repair/maintenance of OLTC mechanism and its diverter switch alongwith suply and fixing of all men, materials, T&P and miscellaneous consumable item to be provided by contractor at his own cost ensuring OLTC changes tap smoothly without causing any unnecesary sparking with smooth movement

Safe carriage of 02 no. 132 KV HV Bushing through private hired vehicle with transit insurance and e-way bill to be arranged by contractor. The bushing is to be carried from any designated substation to 220 KV S/S Cantt (Approx. Distance- 85 Km.) including loading & safe carriage of HV Bushing & unloading of HV Bushing with the help of proper lifting arrangement. In this work all man power, T&P along with vehicle provided by contractor at his own cost to complete the job satisfactorily.

Complete erection and retrofitting of 132 KV Y & B Phase bushing of 40 MVA T/F-III. The work also includes any fabrication/modification in bushing to be done by contractor at his own cost ensuring all electrical contacts are proper and no oil leakage occurs including erection of all dismantalled accessories like radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets connecting oil pipe line, erection of cooling fan making control cable connection, buchhloz relay etc. Topping up of additional T/F oil and final oil filling in the main tank/OLTC tank upto desired level, radiator, conservator tank & all other accessories post work completion.
