Earth work narrow excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, shuttering and bailing out water where ever necessary and depositing the surplus earth on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m, clearing and leveling the site etc., complete as directed by the federation officers and as per standard specifications

Supply & Filling the approved good quality earth in basement /External development works etc. wherever specified in layers of not exceeding 200mm thick including breaking clods, watering, compacting each layer with vibratory compactor and at unaccessiable places with wooden/steel rammers to achieve 90 to 95% proctor density at optimum moisture content, all leads and lifts, bailing/pumping out of water to keep site dry while back filling: costs includes conveyance of all materials labour, machinery etc. complete as directed.

Plain Cement concrete 1:5:10 using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering for flooring and foundation and including side shuttering, compaction, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & laying cast-in-situ Reinforced cement concrete (RCC 1:1.5:3) using good quality M- sand, 20 mm and down size coarse graded machine crushed hard stone aggregate including designing the mix, weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth as required all exposed faces, complete for the following RC structural and other elements including supplying and mixing admixtures including water proofing compound wherever necessary, dewatering wherever necessary, the cost of all complete materials, labour, all leads and lifts, tools, plant and machineries, hire and fuel charges and all other incidental charges etc., all as per specifications, drawings and as directed, but excluding centring, shuttering and steel reinforcement, IRC mesh, insert plates which will be paid for separately under relevant items. The designing of concrete mix for different grades of controlled concrete should be done in accordance with latest IS - SP 23. (Hand book on concrete mix design) in the field laboratory and the same should be got approved by the Engineer. Note: For design mix Tentative cement consumption may be taken as M20 - 375 Kg. Providing and removing form work at all levels to concrete works by providing required wooden planks / M.S.sheets and centering supports, scaffolding, runners, braces, struts, wedges, bolts, nuts, washers, dressing with oil temporary opening filleting for a stop, chamfered edges, internal and external splayed, rounded angles or grooves for forming throating etc., complete as directed by the federation officers and as per standard specifications. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Ribbed Tor Steel / TMT bars for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement & five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" x 4½" x 3¾" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. Up to Basement Height

Half Brick work in CM 1:3 (one cement & four sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" x 4½" x 3¾" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supply and applying 1 coat of white cement, 1 coat primer, 2 coat Emulsion painting. Rate including all material, labour charges, scaffolding,all lead, lift, transportation, etc complete. (at all levels, elevations and heights.)

Providing Power Troweler Floor Finishing Work by using suitable equipments including all charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying & erecting structural steel of various section like Joist, channel section for PEP Structure and purlin in suitable position inclusive of all labour charges for making joints, clit angles, welding, placing in position etc., as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specifications.

Supply & fixing in position with powder coated MS roofing sheet 0.47 mm thick corrugated of approved make for roofing, cantilevered canopies. The rate including the laps with necessary "GI", "J" bolts & nuts, screws, bitumen washers etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specification.

Supply and painting new iron work with 2 coats of anti-corrosive synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over priming coat etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per the standard specifications.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of steel door & window using structural steel such as angles, flats,squares and pipes etc including cost of welding charges, fixing in position including one coat of primer etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of Powder coated Aluminium window, with necessary fittings etc., complete as per drawings,

Supplying and fixing of Rolling Shutters shall be pull and push type (gear Operated) made of 18G/3" lathe sections which consist of main parts such as curtain, lock plate guide channels, rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below. Curtain shall be of 18G/3" lathe sections cut to be required size and filled with heavy cast iron/MS clips . For 8'0" (2.45m) high rolling shutter lathe sections provided shall be not less than 37 numbers. Lock plate Shall be 10GMS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side Brackets shall be of 10 GSM plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs. Hood Cover shall be of 0.8mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25mm x 25mm x3mm MS angle

Providing Labour charges for groove making in plastering surface including edges finished with cement slurry etc., complete complying with standard specification

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made rubber mould paver blocks of M-20 grade with required strength, thickness & size/ shape laid over 60mm thick compacted bed of course M.sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position 50mmx50mmx3mm MS weld mesh including cost of steel post,complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three sand and Six hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering for flooring and foundation and including side shuttering, compaction, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of Powder Coated Aluminium Door with door closer, with necessary fittings etc., complete as per drawings etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in flooring over a base with cm 1:4 mix using 'M sand', 20mm thick and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and as directed etc. complete as per standard specification.

Cement concrete flooring with M35 mix using 20mm down graded hard granite metal to a thickness of 100mm, over reinforcement mat 8# 8" c/c on both ways well compacted and leveled with double beam screed vibrator (without dewatering) and the top surface finished with Laser screed and power trowel finishing etc complete as per standard specification. The rate inclusive of all leads and lifts, labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the engineer incharge. (Rate excluding steel reinforcement)Note: For design mix Tentative cement consumption may be taken as M35 - 430Kg.

Groove cutting for the flooring for a width of 5 mm and to a depth of 20mm, filling grooves in flooring with plysulphite sealent using tapes on both side and cleaned with petrol etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing steel Ventilator including cost and conveyence of all charges etc., as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specifications.

GST Note: The tenderer should quote the amount towards Goods and Service tax (GST) in the appropriate columns in terms of percentage (%). If not quoted, it will be considered that the rate quoted is inclusive of GST.
