Material and Labour for Repair to potholes depth of potholes exc 30 mm, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified. Note : The patching of pot holes shall be as per para 20.A.34.2 of SSR Part-I

Note : The patching of pot holes shall be as per para 20.A.34.2 of SSR Part-I
Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area n exc. 400 Sqm and depth not exc. 50mm, stacking the serviceable material at site and removing the surplus material n exc. 50m, complete all as specified
Material and Labour for Preparation of Water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4% by total mix laid by self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The specification of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Part-I.
Material and Labour for Preparation of existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I.
Material and Labour for thermoplastic road marking paint 2.5mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters exceeding 10cm but n exc 15cm in width, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed.
Material and labour for coloured 60mm thickness, M-35Grade, machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006, laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion, complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for 75 mm thick P.C.C 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified.
