Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Sandwich type (Copper + tin plated throughout length), aluminium busway (3L+N+PE), with multi layer polyester film class-F insulation, 100% N, 50kA for 1 sec and 12KV impulse withstand, enclosure as Integral Earth in GI, with IP-55, bus duct shall be made out of min 1.5 mm thick galvanised sheet steel enclosure (C-Ribbed housing in min 1.5 mm thick) with IP-55 and powder coated painted with RAL 7035 or as per OEM design , minimum Temp rise: 55 deg. over ambient of 40 deg, rated insulation & operating voltage1000V of minimum rating 1000 Amps with IP 55 protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply only the Flange End special for Srl item no 1 here-in-before , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply only the Copper flexible (Braided) special for Srl item no 1 here-in-before, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply only the Adapter Boxes special for Srl item no 1 here-in-before, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply only the Edgewise Hanger (suspension brackets) for supporting busduct. specials for Srl item no 1 here-in-before, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply only the PIB 630 A and ROH and Suitable for MCCB special for Srl item no 1 here-in-before, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Commissioning of sandwich type busduct network installed against CA No-CWE/P-26/2020-21 including disconnection & refixing of existing /Newely assets i.e Trranformer ,LT panel, synchronising panel ,automatic voltage stabilizer ,DG sets etc to aline adapter boxes special and Busduct for smooth fuctioning of OT Power house control systems, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for rolled mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays including bolts, if required, hooks (stay) complete of grade FE-290, E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (for bus trunking supports or any other indicated position), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 Gauge of any heights including cutting & opening of brick wall and making good the distrubed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Note : The Specials and angle iron supports required will be measured and paid separately under relevant Sch items

supply , lay, connect, test and commission cable LT 1100 volts heavy duty XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductors, in trenches/ducts on angle iron supports including glanding, crimping and connecting up of size 3.5 Core x 400 sqmm , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .(Note: Earth work, mechanical protection, sand cushioning & LT joint end kits to be measured and piad seperately.)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for laying of cables in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L Dry sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used.2.Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

&L Sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M & L GI pipe medium grade 100 mm bore with all fittings for cable protection fixed to walls/ poles or laid in trenches, under road/ under culvert/ under path/ under floor /on wall etc with fixing clamps, nuts bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) matching with the surroundings , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Installation testing and commissioning of 90 Degree ( Elbow) special for Srl item no 1.00 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Installation testing and commissioning of Flange End special for Srl item no 1.00 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .
