Eligibility criteria: Railway reserves the right to place order for entire/ bulk quantity on PSUs (M/S- IOCL, M/s- BPCL, M/s- HPCL etc.,) or previous proven sources based on credentials of the firms indicating their performance by way of Purchase Orders, inspection certificates, Receipt Notes, copy of CRN etc., from Zonal Railways/Production Units or any Govt. Departments in last three years. The same may be uploaded along with their bid, failing which Railway reserves the rights to ignore their offers.
