Required3.2a To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 Achieved in at least two for other category financial years an minimum annual financial turnover. in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs.12.53 Lakhs. Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN Number along with profit loss, Balance Sheet and IT Returns.

Required3.6Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity - AxNx2.50-B Where, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 3/12 year.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
