M&L for fixing in replacement of Aluminum Bus Bar having current rating 200 Amp duly insulated with colour coding RYB and Black all as specified and as directed including making holes on the bus bar for making necessary connections all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Angle Iron for fixing Panel body shall be fixed on iron angle frame of size 40x40x5mm 40 cm grouted in 1:2:4 type 1 PCC 20 mm graded and 40 cm above the ground level duly painted with two coat of synthetic enammelled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in replacement Ammeter meter 100x100mm 0-100 amps of CT ratio 100/5, Digital type volts includind all electrical connection complete and specified

Supply and laying in replacement of synthatic insulating mat of size 2mtr x 1mtr x 2 mm all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for 4 mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh, made upto into mattress or cages approx 2.0 mtr height and fixed with flat iron/angle iron by welding in position and directed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS angle, MS flats, Nuts, Bolts and washer will be measured and paid separatly under relevant items.

M & L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of silver colour on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for MS work of angle iron channels and iron flats for post and struts of fencing around Transformer/Panel Boards etc drilling holes, flat iron for securing wire mesh by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in door/ gate of angle and wire mesh door to be fixed by 02 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door with nut and bolts for locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of earth pit incl required exacavation, earth work and PCC work to make good damaged/disturbed surfaces of earth pit chamber & making new pit cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced and lifting handle on RCC cover with 8 mm MS bars at 150 mm centre to centre both ways incl supply & fixing of wire mesh and funnel including re-connection of earth wire/strip with panel/eqpts using GI nut, bolts & washer complete all as specified & directed

S&F in repairs for informatory/eqpt history sign boards of size not less than 900 x 600 mm rectangular type with 2 mm thick MS sheet plain type made out of angle iron channels frame, back ground and epqt history details(i.e. Name, Make, Ser No,capacity of eqpt, vintage, SM/MES No etc.,) with high intensity retro reflective sheet letters as specified colours (blue and white) complete all as specified and directed.
